Crew chief Michael has a fantastic approach to dealing with customers. He was very helpful to his team and gave them all the credit for the work performed and didn't bother giving himself credit. At first I had negative opinions about jiffy lube but he help me out so much and was informative. Note this was my wife's vehicle. I will inform all my friends and family of this location. Thank you Michael and every person who helped make our day and experience better!!

Super helpful with finding issues. A few years ago I had a massive oil leak and they came to my work to help get it to them. Turned out it was a recall and had it towed to a dealership.

The experience I had today was very punctual, very understanding and determined to give me a good experience at this shop in Elgin Phoenix was the person that worked with me at the counter very knowledgeable and patient overall very good experience. I would recommend this facility for an oil change.

I pulled up to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and bc my brake light fluid light had come on. What I thought would be a quick fix turned into a much more detailed issue. The employees at jiffy lube went above and beyond to ensure I was able to drive back to the city safely. They stayed open 3 hours late and drove 45 minutes away to get a part necessary to complete my repair. They truly went above and beyond for me and demonstrated there are great people in this world. Would recommend to anyone, thank you
