Good staff and quality work!

I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for over 10 years. Never had a complaint or a concern. The staff is honest, candid, and knowledgeable.

Super helpful with finding issues. A few years ago I had a massive oil leak and they came to my work to help get it to them. Turned out it was a recall and had it towed to a dealership.

The experience I had today was very punctual, very understanding and determined to give me a good experience at this shop in Elgin Phoenix was the person that worked with me at the counter very knowledgeable and patient overall very good experience. I would recommend this facility for an oil change.

I pulled up to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and bc my brake light fluid light had come on. What I thought would be a quick fix turned into a much more detailed issue. The employees at jiffy lube went above and beyond to ensure I was able to drive back to the city safely. They stayed open 3 hours late and drove 45 minutes away to get a part necessary to complete my repair. They truly went above and beyond for me and demonstrated there are great people in this world. Would recommend to anyone, thank you
