I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube on 14007 S Cicero Ave in Crestwood. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done on my vehicle. What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and the staff maintained a welcoming and respectful attitude throughout my visit. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. My mom and I love this jiffy lube!!! Everyone is so helpful (we worked with Vince and Quinton and Geraldo and a blonde guy last time) and they were all so nice and helpful. Sometimes I feel like a really big idiot when it comes to cars and it’s cool to learn a little something new every time. I’m now a corporate shill for jiffy lube!!
