Jose and his team at Jiffy Lube in Wilmette were awesome! I was having an issue with my work vehicle, and they went above and beyond to help me with my situation. They were quick to get me in, take care of the issue, and get me back on the road so I could continue my workday without missing a beat. Great service, friendly team, and an all around smooth experience! If you’re ever on Green Bay Road and need a quick oil change or service, this is the place to be. Highly recommend Jose and his team!

The entire team was efficient, effective and friendly. No upselling. Only services that were required.

They were quick and efficient. They showed me all the things that needed to be worked on, but didn’t push me by anything I didn’t want. Very nice and knowledgeable.

Very through knowledge of the engine. They found a leak related to an improper oil change. It was plaguing me. I was here for top off. They fixed the plug and pan and I’m grateful. Saved me a bunch of dough.

Great customer service!

Heard good things about these guys! Jose was super helpful when i came for an oil change and my air filters changed. I’ll definitely come back again. Good prices and got me right in. I’ll definitely be back again.

fast and efficient , hard working employees, great experience

I was in the room area and remembered that I needed an oil change. I popped into this Jiffy Lube on Green Bay Rd. Marcus and the team were very nice and very knowledgeable. They found other issues with the car that needed to be addressed. They explained everything to me in detail and gave me options. I appreciate that. I will definitely return for more services.

I am always apprehensive about these places. But I was in and needing a change. He told me a repair that needed to happen that would ultimately drain all the oil that he was about to put in, he didn’t feel right doing a change that would be drained within a week. It’s that type of honesty that will have me return time and time again!

Great experience-workers were superb-got me in & out in a "Jiffy"

Today I was on a short time schedule, what was supposed to be a lunch break turned into an oil change. First time at this location and Jose took me serious. Everybody was nice but Jose made sure I was in and out and didn’t try to hassle me with things my car really didn’t need. I really appreciated that. Thanks so much guys see you in a few months. ??

Marquitus I believe his name was check my oil level outside. (They had three cars inside) it was full he added air to my tires. Very polite young man. Will be back again. Usually bounce between this and Evanston but going to stay with Wilmette.
