I went to the bathroom for 5 minutes because of too much coffee… and they had my car’s oil filled up, did my tires and fluids and everything by the time I got out. They were so kind and such great service/cost considering all the treatment and free services when you come back.

Stopped by this location on my way home today (3/23/26) for an oil change and could not be happier with my decision! I did not have an appointment set up yet was in and out within an hour. The team was super kind and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and helped me decide which oil was best for my Jeep and driving habits; I usually go with conventional but decided to go with the synthetic blend this time around. Highly recommend this location!

I have gone to this JL for 5 years now. The lads are great, they explain everything, tell you what’s coming up, and price it out. They get you in and out very quickly, and here’s something they told me. If your tire pressure light comes on pull into any JL and they will air up at no cost! Still the best value out there.

Me and my family have used these guys for years. They are quick, reliable, friendly, and very talented at their job. They have always been upfront about what they are doing to our car and how much they are charging. Love these guys.

Great location and super helpful staff!!! I’ve had negative experiences at other Jiffy Lubes, but the people working here have always been fantastic.

Brink and Erick are incredibly hard working and respectful. They are always in when I show up and make my experience very easy and enjoyable. Always feel respected by the staff and they definitely know what they are doing and how to solve mostly all problems. These guys are very nice and I would recommend this spot over other mechanics I’ve been too.

Had a pretty good experience. They didn't have the right tool to flush my coolant because of the hybrid system (I have a 2010 Prius), but the man that rung me up gave me a $10 off coupon and I was pretty happy.

just had the quickest oil change I have ever had at Jiffy Lube in Wilmette on Green Bay. The staff was friends and very efficient. Nobody tried to upsell me anything and did a super quick change. It was terrific!

I've been coming to this location for nearly ten years, today being my most recent visit for a rideshare vehicle inspection. The staff have changed over the years, but the service has not. I've had nothing but positive experiences, including today, and I've always found the staff to be professional and friendly.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was friendly, professional, and fast—exactly what you want when getting your car serviced. I pulled in for an oil change and they got me taken care of right away with no pressure to buy services I didn’t need. They walked me through everything they were doing, checked my fluids and filters, and had me back on the road in no time.

Quick and easy oil change! Didn’t try to scam me into anything else. Checked my filters for me and acknowledged they looked good and explained what I’ll need 10,000 miles from now. Bilingual abilities here. Manager and entire mechanic team was extremely professional and polite. I’ll be back!
