the new management team and mechanics here are AMAZING! i always had bad luck with these guys in the past due to greedy store captains. But these guys are awesome. I didnt get his name, but hes the taller guy with a long beard (the one without the glasses). UPPER MANAGMENT NEEDS TO GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE ASAP! Treating your customer with respect is a big thing with me and that guy should have his name in the text book right next to the definition

Staff is very friendly and get you in and out in a very reasonable amount of time and do a great job doing their inspections. I had just replaced my engine air filter and cabin filter and they didn't try and ask me if I wanted them replaced to try and up sell me. Very honest staff.

Mike always is polite and easy to work with. This location is very fast when it comes to oil changes. Their interactions with others has always been polite and courteous. The techs here are always clean.

I came in on the weekend and there wasn't a wait at all. They immediately started working on my vehicle and were done quickly. They didn't try to upsell me on anything either which I appreciate. The waiting area is also much nicer than other Jiffy Lubes in the area. I will return here in the future.

I went to get my oil changed at the Yorkville Illinois location on 1/11/25 in and out very fast. Today on 1/13/25 back to the location and explain that I was hear a noise when I turn my heat on that I never heard before turns out that I had a mouse nest in my blower motor Mike clean it out without hesitation at no additional cost. Thanks Mike and all the guys at the Yorkville Illinois location my name is Ralph Hoffman if anyone needs there oil changed I highly recommend going to the Yorkville Jiffy lube. Thanks very much Mike

Took my daughter’s car in for service. New staff. Guys are friendly… not pushy about the “extras”. Seems to be operating well. Quick in and out. Price is fair for going to a shop to get an oil change.

The Yorkville Jiffylube is probably the best one out of the 3 locations i have used.

Finally seems like they are getting there act together. New manager is on point. Had some great conversation while waiting for my oil change, which was really quick. Gave me some estimates, took me out to the car to show me what they were looking at. Will return for my service work in the future.
