Nice crew they have but unfortunately the experience is limited some of the jobs jiffy lube has claim they can do. Transmission flushed and things like that seems to be a challenge for them and have no one experience to do stuff like this. They take care stuff slightly more than average people can do. You just go to them when you have a time pinch to do it yourself. Overall the service is good.

The team was quick and efficient with my oil change today. I also appreciated that they reset my oil light without me having to ask.

Dwayne was particularlye impressive as an alert, engaged new employee. His co worker was courteous when I rejected some upsells. The whole crew was friendly, listened well, and worked quickly. Entirely satisfied, highly recommend your franchise! You have a new customer. Please tell Dwayne at 2000 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL that he did a good job as a 'newbie'.

Went into Jiffy Lube around 10am, and Juan O. was extremely friendly, welcoming, and I very much appreciate his service, along with everyone he was working with. Service was great and fast!

I’ve been here a few times and everyone is very attentive, friendly and helpful! Today Juan check my truck and tires and also change the wipers and it just happen in less than 5 minutes! I’m more than thankful because they always have the time for us!! I was hesitant to go to this location because the jiffy lube in my town of Bradenton FL is a joke, but after reading overall positive reviews for Zion, IL I gave them.a shot. Was NOT disappointed. Quick, efficient and competent is what I observered. I was most impressed by the managers professionalism and his loud and clear communication with his employees. I recommend based on this experience. 2018 Tundta oil change & tire rotation.

Excellent service. The person who served me was honest and not trying to sell me things that I didn’t need. I’ve been getting oil changes for over 50 years and back when I first started getting them, the attendant would check my fluid levels and then at the conclusion of the service someone would vacuum the vehicle. I am shocked to see that my vehicle had been vacuumed. None of the other lube shops vacuum your vehicle and many won’t even check your fluids. Again, thank you very much for the great service and I will recommend you to my family and friends.

I’ve been to lube places in which I had been barraged with every service but what I had come for and also in the past I’ve had service where once I had checked my oil stick, I found it low. Jiffy Lube leaves me with that old fashioned feeling of excellent service and a sense of integrity. I was shocked to see that you even vacuumed my vehicle. No one does that anymore. The team that now owns this Jiffy Lube are very detailed when it comes to the service they provided. I went in for a full synthetic platinum oil change on Labor Day (09/01/2025) definitely a last minute thing but Jiffy Lube was open and ready for business. I was informed I was low on coolant and was able to get that added for about 10 bucks additional. I have a detailed service checklist that truly helps to know what took place during the service. My suv is running smoothly without any hiccups or issues. I will be sure to bring it back to get my free oil top off before the 3000 miles. The service is 10/10. I will recommend this location to any and everyone.

Everyone was extremely polite and kind. When I pulled up I was asked if I felt comfortable pulling in or sitting in the waiting room. When I said in the waiting room, he opened my car door and kept a polite distance from me and escorted me to the door. Inside Dan the man, was funny polite and very respectful. When talking about my vehicle he didn’t talk down to me and calmly explained for the reason he offered the service. I even had a nice gentleman open the door for me and wished me a good evening. They even vacuumed my car, which I’ve been putting off for a while. I have had horrible experiences going to get my oil changed so imagine my surprise how wonderful the people at the Zion jiffy lube were. I am definitely going back. Thank you to the employees for making it comfortable for me to get my oil changed.

I've been to this location several times. The service is always fast, never had to wait longer than 15 minutes from start to finish. The staff are really nice, very friendly and knowledgeable!
