These Oil Techs were exceptionally polite! Asking many questions to assure I was receiving the right service and product! Didn’t try to “over-sell” extra items… in and out in a JIFFY ??

I needed to get an oil change because I was going on a long trip and wanted to make sure my car was in tiptop shape. I pulled in and got a big smile. It was early in the morning and that really was nice thing. I told him I wanted an oil change. I went for the top one as usual because my car is on the newer side. Not only did they do the oil change, but check my fluids and also made sure my wiper blades were OK all at my request.. The funny thing is they did it all with a smile. Sometimes other places kinda look at your grumpy. But not these guys. I’ve been there before and I had the same. Excellent service then as I did a couple of days ago. This makes me a repeat customer. Whether it’s a new car or an old car I’ll continue to use this Jiffy Lube. Thanks guys leaving tonight knowing that my car is safe and I really appreciate it.

The Anderson team was amazing! I have been to other Jiffy Lubes in other cities (Fishers, Indy) but none of them gave the quality of service I received in Anderson. I went in without a coupon but they found me one to help with the price since I needed a special oil. I am grateful that I stopped in to this store. Thank you Jiffy Lube team!

Fast and easy place to get your oil changed. The guys are always fun to chit chat with as well! They take good care of my car and are always honest about what is needing changed and what is still good.

Very friendly fast and convenient

I received a basic oil change and the two guys that assisted me seemed really nice. They appeared to listen to my concerns and I was later explained the service I was rendered. Although I was able to use a coupon, the price of a basic oil change is was still quite expensive, especially for a 2008 vehicle. Jiffy Lube's oil changes used to be reasonable. I may consider checking out other places with better deals.

I personally love this Jiffy Lube. The hours are great. My questions are answered quickly. My coupons always work which is awesome with the price of everything ??. This time the tech had the patience of a saint because I never can get my car in the right place ??. The previous time I was here, the line was extremely long and a tech came out to explain how long the wait time was going to be. So superb customer service. I 100% recommend them.
