Great and fast service

I was in and out very quickly. Staff was very friendly and did not try to get me to purchase extra services, or items, I didn’t need. Prices were reasonable and they have good coupons online. I will definitely go back.

This was my first time at Jiffy lube. These guys were fast and professional. They showed me my filthy engine air filter and I had them replace it for a very reasonable amount. The Honda dealer should have replaced it at last oil change but didn’t bother checking it. My services were registered with car fax through jiffy lube. These guys were very thorough but no pressure at all to buy extra service. I will be back with my other two vehicles. Five star service!!!

I came to this Jiffy Lube location in Anderson, Indiana and was very impressed with how fast they did my oil change, as well as how nice & informative the staff was! It's safe to say that I'll be coming here from now on rather than spending hours at the dealership!

Fast friendly service!

Staff very quick and professional. They show you what other things you need, but not a high pressure sale. I went to the new oil change place last time and felt it was all pressure to buy extra stuff. I am back to Jiffy lube in Anderson for good!

The guys working were really nice. They explained everything they were doing. Parts were a little expensive but worth it to know that if not changing the filters can lead to clogging up your system. Thank you for explaining everything to me.

Fast and professional. I all ways say no on the air filters. But this guy removed the air filters and showed me them. He then asked would you like new filters? I looked at them and said yes I think I will.

We have always received good, friendly service. They also give a veteran discount; just show your credentials.

Fast and efficient service

Great place to get oil changed

Everyone there does a great job. I always go to this jiffy lube instead of the one that’s closer to me. My only complaint is that for the last 3 oil changes I’ve got, they never reset my truck so I always get oil change alerts on my truck. It’s pretty annoying, but the service there is great.

Been going to this location for years. They are always professional and friendly. Get you in and out as quickly as possible. Excellent service every time.

WONDERFUL SERVICE. I went to this store after being referred by my daughter. I always used the other Jiffy Lube in Anderson. Excellent service. Love the coupons. Guys were extremely nice. As soon as I got there my car was pulled in and worked on instantly, this was biggest difference from other store. Job well done and keep up the good work. Always a great experience with Jiffy Lube.
