We had a bolt come out of our breaks while traveling. We got a replacement bolt and the friendly and knowledgeable crew installed the new bolt and tightened everything up and had us back on the road in less than 10 minutes! Thank you!! Highly recommend!!

I’ve taken my car to Anderson JiffyLube near the AU campus for decades. The manager, Gregg, is wonderful. He leads a group of mostly young men who are professional and respectful. He watches out for me and gives good work at fair prices. He does lots more than oil changes at this location and if he can’t do the work I need he makes recommendations of other businesses that do good work and charge fair prices. I trust Gregg a great deal and he seems to be mentoring the young men working there in good ways. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I went in for an oil change. They were very nice, professional, and quick. Made sure my windows were spotless, tires were full of air, and everything was at the level it should be.

I only had my oil changed but the service was quick, pleasant employees and affordable.

I was overdue for an oil service, so I brought my car to Jiffy Lube early on a Saturday morning. I’m not a car girl, so I let the guys pull my car in and out for me, lol - but I do my research so I do know what’s what. They were all great about telling me all the things they were checking and giving me options. Made sure the oil was good again and all my fluid levels were checked and got a new air filter in for me. My car was driving better when I left. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

They helped me out really well when they looked at my transmission and I have to go back in there today so they can make sure that they took care of the problem for me. Overall they were very courteous, respectful, and they were very prompt.

?? ?? car squeaking from the tires, bought new one. Car still squeaky from the tire .... Ohh street mechanic said nothing wrong get a alignment....... Jiffy Lube booked me earlier.... awesome..... About to pull me in....lower control arm right side looks like someone been twisting it..... JIFFY LUBE aht aht.....see your issue.... Can't do the alignment...... There eyes were better than a lot of $ out of pocket estimates and no issues was found advising mechanics..... Definitely booking again.... ??

For the past 10+ years I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube. I had a bad front light that was crooked and started to melt the interior part of light casing which caused a huge inconvenience to change the bulb and adjust it. Tyler basically had to WWE wrestle it out but didn’t falter and made sure it was taken care of. since then, I have always come to this Jiffy Lube because I know the staff is dedicated to making sure I’m safe for the road. I choose to sit in my car during the work because I rather hang with the crew than sit in the waiting lobby. To be clear, there is nothing wrong with the lobby; it’s quiet, decently clean, and the staff is courteous when present. My kids enjoy coming with me to watch them do work as well. My oldest was even inquiring about what it takes to be a mechanic and I believe it was Greg who took a moment to tell him all the ins and outs of what it takes, places to go to school and intern, and overall just super knowledgeable for a young inquiring mind. I’ve never been overpriced or pushed to pay for something that wasn’t needed. As a female, that’s a huge thing for me. My older brother is a Master Mechanic (not local to me) and has always been a second opinion for me. He’s never had concerns or issues with how they care for me. Another big “brownie points” moment. Everyone is professional, respectful, super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help! I’ve gone to my car dealership once and still choose this Jiffy Lube over it. The owner Chad has a wonderful group that has always taken care of me. Oil changes, air and cabin filters, light replacements, and even just random curiosity questions, you name it… I’ll always choose this Jiffy Lube as my go to. Thanks guys!! —PS, they genuinely deserve a raise.

I have been coming to this location since I moved to the area in 2010. I recommend them to everyone I know. My recent services were oil change, tire rotation and brakes. Always fantastic service and I have never had any complaints.
