Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 7825 E US HIGHWAY 36, AVON, IN, 46123-7174

Fast service, friendly and professional associates. It was a overall great transaction. Thank you.

I always go to this place to get my cars serviced. They've always treated me excellently. I can recommend this place; their service is wonderful. Thank you to all the staff who work here.

Get your car taken care of here! They are the most personable people and they know their stuff. You won’t feel pressured but instead taken care of. I get my oil changes here and won’t go anywhere else.

Efficient service! Wonderful staff!

I typically take our vehicles to the dealer for oil changes, but decided to give Jiffy Lube a try. Rating tech service, professionalism, and customer service--all top notch. Seemed to genuinely care about the customers--and not only me. Watched how they interacted with a young lady (early twenties maybe) ahead of me to whom they exhibited the same level of attentiveness. Cost was roughly the same as the dealer, HOWEVER, more bang for your buck here. I typically get regular motor oil at the dealer to keep the cost down,,,here I decided on the synthetic blend to begin babying my 9 year old car. Yes, count me as a return customer.

Adam and his crew are the best in the business. This is a top notch location and Jiffy Lube should be happy to have them part of their team!

Great service and price

Always efficient and friendly!

Great service

Service was great as it always is.

The people were great!

Great consumer service and fix my car real good!

I always go to this location for oil changes. The crew remembers me and my silly car alarm. I like going here because it's often the same employees, who are efficient, personable, and kind.

Very friendly and efficient

Staffs were nice ! Will come back for maintenance. Thanks.

The team here always takes good care of me

Very pleasant experience everyone was really nice and friendly. Service was great. Felt like family !

Very professional and efficient. Only wish they’d showed me the oil in the dipstick for reassurance.

Very friendly staff.

Literally the best experience I could have had. Everyone was so kind, so personable, so professional, very authentic. It was refreshing to be in their presence. Both females employees even took their kindness a step further and interacted with my 2 year old son who was just not a happy camper while I was getting my oil changed. They talked to him, made him laugh and giggle. It just brought me so much joy to see and experience as a customer. Shawna, Blaike, Jake, and everyone else there today deserves all the recognition. Thank you all so much, May God bless you in so many ways, in Jesus name!

Great staff, great customer service! They all seem like they really enjoy their jobs and I enjoy their work and funny friendly attitudes!

Best Jiffy Lube around. Couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else

Great experience, exceptional service & hospitality, informative, timely. Higjly recommemded!

This is one of two Jiffy Lubes I go to. The 10th street one in Indianapolis is my usual but when I need more complex repairs they send me here. This Jiffy Lube is fantastic. They’re always straight up, offer cheaper options if possible, and are both personable and knowledgeable. I’m a single mom with one vehicle and maintaining it to be the best it can be is very important to me. I’m so grateful to have a trusted place to bring my car.

Fast and friendly

Fast quality service

Owner is fantastic, always there working the garage. Same faces every time I go, no turnover!

Always fast, courteous and helpful, best place on the west side!

They are the very best!

These folks are good! Efficient and thorough. I like that they send out coupons which greatly reduce the cost of service. I used to go to a location in Greenfield where I get my hair done. But my service light came on the day after I had been there so I went to this location.it was such a positive experience this is now where I go.

It was a very good and speedy experience

I had my oil changed here and was pleased with the service.
