Super quick, professional, and transparent. Showed me the air filter so I could choose whether to replace it or not.

Excellent experience with this team. Quick, careful, and courteous. The service team always does a timely and thorough job. The office staff is always very informative and helpful. I service this vehicle via a fleet management company and they make it very easy.

Risked driving down to Bloomington from Indy on low engine oil. So relieved Jiffy store there before closing gave me free top off even though I was over my mileage limit. They insisted on free. Thanks for same great service in Bloomington. They even drove my car into bay for me too. From a grateful lifetime customer, Bloomington JL rocks!

I went for an oil and filter change and asked them to check the air in my tires. Very friendly and professional service. I always go to this location because of the excellent service.

Fast efficient oil change

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube for a few years at this point, and they run a tight ship. Even when it's busy, they have me out in under an hour. I get a full synthetic oil change and it is a bit expensive, but I trust the technicians there to do a great job and it's worth the cost for the expedience. For example, last time I got my oil change at Wal-Mart, it took 4 hours and I had to return immediately after they neglected to put the engine oil filler cap back on. I have had no problems with Jiffy Lube and will continue to work with them for my oil changes

They were great! Came in with a coupon however the later gave me the wrong one and so they were very generous to help me with everything
