Team went the extra mile

Time for an oil change and had my husband take my car to JiffyLube. The tech was very polite and professional. He came out to let me know I needed a new air filter, which I know is common in my Subaru and glad he spoke to me about it first. I felt very confident and assured in my service today and will definitely return. I will request the same technician as well.

The staff is very thorough and friendly. They got me in and out quickly and didn't push services I didn't need.

I had a great experience at this shop. They diagnosed the problem with my BMW very quickly and clearly knew what they were doing. The staff was extremely kind, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. Eldon was especially great—very professional and easy to talk to. I don’t know the other team member name who helped me but he looks like Benson Boone and was also awesome. So, great people, great service, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing help with their car.

The shop opened up promptly at 8am. I was taken care of and given a realistic amount of time the work would take. I appreciated the updates from the staff and their knowledge pertaining to my specific make and model of car. I received an oil change and chose to also have the brake fluid changed based on their recommendation. Overall great experience.

We received an oil change and cabin filters. The time to receive all services was very reasonable.

I took my vehicle in for overheating. I thought I knew the problem. Eldon showed me the obvious trouble that I had missed. His diagnosis and necessary repairs kept my car from having a blown engine. Increasingly grateful for the team who kept me informed and let me know what to expect. I drive past other places to get to this Jiffy Lube because I am always treated like gold.

I was in and out in 15 minutes to get my oil changed! The guys were amazing and had me cracking up the entire time I was there! Definitely the place to get your oils changed and any other car problems!

Friendly staff was able to communicate additional issues with my vehicle without seeming like they were "Upselling" me. Although I went in for just an oil change and tire rotation they find that my brake pads were dangerously low. They were able to replace them on the spot for, what I think, was a fairly decent price for the service.

Provided excellent customer service! Made me feel welcome while providing detailed explanations on process and educating me on decisions to be made.

I needed a new battery for my 2021 Genesis G80. Except for a Genesis dealership wanting to charge me $600 plus $90 for installation, I could not find a battery that would fit. I was referred to the Carmel Jiffy Lube and they were able to get me an original equipment battery for $384 including installation. Terrific customer service.

Jacquari did a great job with explaining services & pulled up my quote. He also helped me determine which services I needed. I had a coupon which he gladly accepted. I had a wonderful experience & it was a short time before my car oil was changed & tires rotated. Great customer service. I will be back!!

Jenna was absolutely amazing. She explained everything and answered all questions we had. Service was good as well, took around 45 minutes but we also had to wait for another car as they were busy.

A wonderful experience with Eldon. My past experience with this Jiffy Lube location was horrendous, I was offered a 50% off my next oil change ,when I called to complain. My experience this time was wonderful, and I will continue to use this location for my oil changes.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a car service shop. The workers were as friendly and helpful as you can imagine and made sure I was taken care of. I came on a Thursday evening before they closed to discuss my car issues, and they walked me through everything, even showing me photos and videos. I scheduled to come back the following day to actually do the services, and when I showed up, they had an open bay saved for me. If you are in the Carmel area and need any services done from oil to getting your brakes fixed, this Jiffy Lube location is the place to go! Thank you all so much again.
