The tech that worked at signing people in, and taking payment was very efficient and friendly. But to be honest, the list of things that they try to push you to pay for was like a sales pitch memorized and probably the same list for everyone. Being an elderly lady, I couldn't help but think how many other elderly would think all things were necessary. Basically, a little more plain, and easy to understand lists wouldn't scare them into thinking everything listed was necessary, and spend money they can't afford or need.

Just had my oil changed today. The staff was truly kind and explained everything I asked about. Monica was literally everywhere -overseeing everything and interacting with the customers. She also didn't mind any of my questions. They were professional, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this location and this team. Kudos to Monica, Cassandra, Zach and Brandon! Great job today. Thank you!

I was just in to see why my Chevy traverse was making a rattling sound.... they found the issue and took care of me They are so professional, knowledgeable, patient with questions, and efficient, but quick with their service. Great service from great professionals! We had an oil change done in Texas while on vacation and they put a double gaskets on our drain plug, which caused caused our oil to leak. Almost 3 quarts low. (we had other issues with service at the time it was completed with other things they had done). Thanks to Jiffey Lube staff, they caught it and corrected it and explained what happened and why! They may cost a little more but that type of service is well worth it!

Oh man, where do I start. The Jiffy Lube in Carmel discovered my lug nut and stud were busted (hidden by a different company who put on my new tires) when they were doing a garden variety tire rotation/oil change. They kindly and immediately referred me to this Jiffy Lube on 151st because they had the part and the tools to fix my weird problem. The 151st group worked quickly until close on a Saturday and told me I could expect them to resume on Monday since he problem was more extensive than it appeared and it was a holiday weekend. But 1 hour past close at home, I get a call from Mo and she says she's fixed it and I can pick it up, she'll leave it in a safe place and tuck the key securely! She said, "I just didn't want you to not have your car on a holiday weekend." So kind. l can't believe it got fixed in one day on Race weekend! Amazing team and so thoughtful -- way above and beyond. Mo and Lisa (and two others I didn't catch the names of) were great.

Excellent and efficient!

I pulled into Jiffy Lube and was pleasantly met by the manager Mo. It was so good to see the same manager 3 months later. I was in and out in no time at all. I asked to have 1 of the garage employee to show me where my cabin filter went, he was polite and efficient. I am sorry I did not get his name. Everything went smoothly and I will take my Subaru Outback there next time I am due for an oil change.

Moe, was my attendant during my visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall team looked enthusiastic and friendly!
