I had an incredible experience here today! The techs were so sweet, knowledgeable and informative but I didn’t feel uncomfortable or like they were pressuring me into buying or paying for unnecessary things. I’ve had unfortunate experiences at other oil change places and dealerships in the past. I go in for an oil change and then spend 20 minutes telling the techs no to the multiple things they try to upsell and things “you really need” when I simply want an oil change. That wasn’t the case at all at Jiffy Lube. I also pulled up and got right into a bay and was right out in under 20 minutes. That included the initial questions since I had never been to one before. I will definitely be a return customer.

Friendly, timely, easy to get an oil change taken care while running other morning errands. Listened to my request on preferred tire PSI etc.

Staff was very friendly and treated me with respect. Pointed out potential issues with brakes and tie rods but did not pressure me to "buy now."

Always great service but I almost lost my back windshield wiper blade cover because they left it on my truck and the cover came off on the road as I was pulling out . Luckily I saw it . But they are always polite and do great work .

These techs were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed an air check on all 4 tires; they even checked my oil and topped my washer solution. Kudos to these 2 young men. I'll be back!!

My car had a piece of the undercarriage that was knocked loose by all the snow and was dragging under the car. The Jiffy Lube team graciously offered to look at the piece and determined that it was broken but could be removed without impacting the operation of the car. They quickly resolved the issue, we’re really kind and didn’t charge me for their efforts! Highly recommend!
