Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 10390 N. MICHIGAN RD., CARMEL, IN, 46032-7926

Awesome as always

These guys are the best they get me in and out really fast every time they’re my go to for oil changes

All heroes don’t wear capes… one works at Jiffy Lube in Carmel, IN!! Last month, my family and I were in town from out of state for a soccer tournament. After hours on the road, our car started spewing oil and barely made it into our hotel parking lot. We were stranded, our car was dangerously low on oil, and we were worried our engine was damaged. We called all around for help and CYRUS from this Jiffy Lube answered the call!! We couldn’t believe it. He offered to meet us in our hotel parking lot after our soccer games!! He went back and forth from the hotel to the shop. Working under our car in the parking lot, he found that our hometown shop had installed a faulty oil filter. He changed out our oil filter and filled our oil as it had all depleted. I have never in my life experienced such amazing service and generosity. My entire family was so grateful and relieved that we could make it home safely. THANK YOU, Cyrus! You went above and beyond to help us and left a lasting impression. To his management, please give Cyrus and his crew the recognition that they deserve! He saved us!

Fast friendly competent

The crew tonight on 9/30 was outstanding. Great work. Quick. Easy. Good group. Will be back.

Very fast service

Don’t remember, who all was there helping me, but there were four staff members that were moving the line very quickly and we’re very much so on top of their stuff. Great service and great experience!!

Onyx and the team are quick and professional. Thanks for the service!

Great customer service. Car was serviced for oil change & notified of others maintenance regarding the vehicle. Fast and easy service!

I am a senior citizen & I really appreciate the guys at Jiffy Lube. I’ve stopped in twice because I thought my tires were low. The guys checked them for me & aired them up. Super courteous & polite guys. I would highly recommend them for batteries, oil & tires. Very honest!

Great customer service from the first gentleman that took my information yo the last gentleman that opened the door for me to get in the car

Fast turnaround. Quality work and friendly staff.

Great Service, very efficient to get the job done

What is “shop supply” for $18.95? No one else tacks on an internal charge.

Team was quick very nice and helpful! Highly recommend

In and out very fast. Great people.

Amazing team fast experience and I think it was the cheapest I’ve ever paid For an oil change because they were doing customer appreciation day

They got us in and out super quick, the whole team was friendly, and we lucked out by it being Customer Appreciation Day! Jiffy Lube is the only place I take my vehicles for oil changes!

In and out in a Jiffy! , cost was just a bit higher than the dealership.

Technicians were very friendly and quick to help. This is our “go to” place gor oil changes etc. on all our cars.

Joe is still very much amazing person and his concerns impacted me sometimes, so that’s why I always go to same person like Joe whenever he’s doing his work on my car. ????????

It was mostly good except they forgot to give me a new sticker.

Everyone was super friendly and it was super fast!

Went to a competitor down the street and they did not have the type of synthetic European oil that I needed, then sent me on my way. I pulled into Jiffy Lube and they too did not have the oil I needed The difference is Jiffy Lube called around town to see if they could find it for me and they did. I got my oil changed the next and the service And staff were exceptional. I will definitely start getting my oil changed there from now on

Quick and easy and not pushy!

Great team that explained everything. Quick and affordable oil change!

They were very helpful and SUPER quick! Would go here again

Very quick and fast!

They were all amazing!

Excellent Service

Awesome.

Very friendly customer service and convenient.

Quick and friendly

I had a great experience with the Jiffy Lube crew on Michigan Road. They quickly and efficiently recharged my A/C / a critical component on these hot days. Highly Recommend!

Even though there were only two guys working, I was in and out in no time. The associate attending to me was very nice and respectful, as many here typically are!

I know that they were about to close, but it was so great that they still accepted me to come and get my oil change. I really appreciate that a lot. These guys were great.
