The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind during my visit. I was pleased with the overall experience and service received as there was only a 3-5 minute wait before I pulled into the garage. Once I was in there the staff went to work immediately to check the issue I described then tackled it head on. They were able to assist me with what I went there for while also providing me knowledge on another potential issue with the same area I stopped there for that I was not previously aware of. I had an excellent experience.

Not my usual jiffy lube, but I have to compliment them. I was driving up north for a medical procedure when my check engine light came on and the transmission was so wonky that my car was shuddering at every gear shift. After my procedure, I was terrified I wouldn’t make the 14-mile drive home, so I pulled into the closest auto place I could find, which was this one, since I was about due for an oil change anyway. They couldn’t fully diagnose and fix the problem, but they did their best and gave me some idea of what could be wrong when I bring it to my usual mechanic shop. Most important of all, they were very patient with me while o was freaking out. Kindness like really goes a long way. Thank you to all!

Friendly service. Quick in and out. Basic oil change+ they offered to polish my headlights (10-yr old car, I had looked into replacing them) and they will buff them up for free if they need it in the future. What a deal! I'm happy.
