Everyone there was very nice. I went at a very busy time and was there for 2 hours. I had an oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid replaced (only because Honda recommended). They were training new people and they apologized for the long wait. I wish they would have told me how long because I hadn’t eaten much and was so hungry when I left. All services completed ????

Great service, reasonably priced, and I had the joy of working with a new employee who was being trained. She did a great job, and the team training her was just awesome: patient, instructive, and kind. I’d never expect an oil change to be a “special moment,” but the team last night real was something special, A+ experience all around, and I’ll be back for sure.

I had unexpected car issues during a tire rotate and balance, and the employees at Jiffy Lube did everything they could (including staying after the shop closed) to help me get home that night. Exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto services.

I was stressed and concerned re damage underneath sustained to my car due to a curb mishap. From check in to inspection completed, the staff was friendly and respectful. Damage was minor. A few screws remedied the problem to my great relief. No charge!

I had an issue with one of my brakes making a weird noise.. after diagnosing it it was just a bent piece of a heat shield of some sort that was rubbing on the rotors. They bent it back and didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. I did get my oil changed though, and bought some air filters so I still gave them business as well

Always excellent service and always treated nicely by friendly and polite people. Prices of services and products have increased significantly. It is conveniently located and easy to obtain a time for service.

The crew was very kind and calm when explaining price changes. They gave me a great discount to accommodate my wait time and sudden increase of prices.

We just purchased a car yesterday and had no idea how to work really anything in the car. Ben was absolutely amazing and took the time to walk us through everything. I will never go anywhere else!
