Been 10 years since my last trip to this location. Tip top tier service as usual.

Friendly staff, fast service, and good customer service.

Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.Service was quick and efficient, and we didn't have to wait.

Usually love this place, the only place I’ll go for oil changes! Management is awesome. Last one I got they offered to replace a light for me and after 15 minutes of messing around in my trunk told me they actually didn’t carry it. Then they didn’t show me my air filter to ask about replacing and also didn’t air up my tires. Also offered to top off my coolant for $5 extra charge but when I got my bill it didn’t include the charge or service and I didn’t see them fill it either. Just a few things to pay attention to but still will be returning and hoping it’s just a one time fluke.

This was my first time coming to this location on Broadway, my experience was very great! James went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great shape! He was very kind and helpful. It’s very hard to find places that has good people who care about their jobs!

Very quick oil change. They check and top off, if needed, everything else. Fill tires, check filters. I found out if you need to top off your oil during the next 3,000 mi they do it for free. Jiffy lube is the only place I go. #1 in service

stopped in while 2 hours into an 8 hour trip to have some codes wiped that were preventing me from driving comfortably and they took care of things super quickly and efficiently! really great, kind technicians, can't recommend enough!

What an outstanding service experience! We stopped at Jiffy Lube because our Avis Budget rental vehicle was due for an oil change while we were on a road trip from Florida to Chicago. The entire team made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Joe, James, Lexie, and Arius worked seamlessly together. It was impressive to watch how they communicated with one another, calling out each completed task and verifying everything for quality assurance. Their teamwork, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire service. In addition to changing the oil, they checked and adjusted the tire pressure, refilled the windshield washer fluid, and likely performed other inspections to ensure the vehicle was road-ready. It gave us great confidence knowing they were looking out for our safety before we continued our journey. One of the best parts was the convenience—we didn’t even have to get out of the car. We remained comfortably seated while they took care of everything, including coordinating the billing directly with Avis Budget Car Rental. The whole process was efficient, professional, and completely hassle-free. A big thank you to Joe, James, Lexie, and Arius for your excellent customer service and dedication to doing the job right.
