Last minute decision to get my oil changed. I was done within 10-15 minutes. It was amazing. I stayed in my car the entire time. I told them I just was interested in oil and maybe air filter. They were honest and told me I wasn’t close to needing one yet which I appreciated. My only critique- if that’s what you want to call it…would be allowing clients an option on a credit card to tip for convenience of being able to stay in car! Sadly I never carry cash- or I would have done that.

I believe that when people do an exemplary job…they should be thanked and TOLD that they did great!?? I asked ‘Siri’ on a SUNDAY if there was anyone to change my oil (close to Burkhardt by Sam’s Club in Evansville)…and so Jiffy Lube helped me out! The team there were professional and very helpful; it actually was a pleasant interaction and one I am thankful for. Heck people…you can even get a cold water free while you wait! This Jiffy Lube and friendly staff will now be my ‘go to!’ Deb C

After years of either going to other places or doing it myself, I decided to try Jiffy Lube today, and what not only a smart choice but also one that I think will benefit in the long run. From the beginning I was greeted by Michael whose energy and professionalism was top tier, he explained each part of the process during the job in detail and clearly. Between the welcoming atmosphere and hard work between Michael, Daniel, and Joshua I will be a returning customer!

The techs are very nice and professional, however, I was surprised to see how expensive an oil change is there compared with some other places. The one thing that I didn’t like was how they changed the pressure in the tires on my Jeep without consulting with me first. They reduced the pressure in the tires below what I normally run. That kinda pissed me off. ??
