Great people and service!

Took my work truck in for an oil change and needed a headlight replaced. I unknowingly arrived about four minutes prior to them closing. I felt really bad and offered to come back the next day but they reassured me that it’s no problem and they were happy to be of help and service my vehicle. They were extremely fast and informative. Very professional. I will definitely be going back there for routine maintenance.

The Jiffy Lube guys always take great care of my car and me.

The team was very efficient and explained everything clearly, and provided recommendations, but were not pushy in getting anything done that I didn’t want to do or have the time to do that day. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. With a toddler and newborn in the car, this was fantastic!

Service was great. Got me in and out quickly. Made recommendations on what I needed and what I could wait on.

Clear advice, quick turnaround highly professional

Every time I pull in at this jiffy lube, I feel like a professional driver with a pit crew. The guys are super efficient and professional. They always explain everything really well, and they only offer services and things I need. I've never had anyone be pushy on an upsell; they always seem like they genuinely want to offer me whatever will be best for my car and my budget. The prices are very reasonable for everything. And there are often coupons for repeat customers. They are also nice to my kids, who love watching them work. They have even offered them free snacks from time to time! This place is incredibly well run and it's the only place we go for our oil changes, cabin air filter changes, wiper blades, headlights. It's so worth the cost for the level of professional care and time savings for our family!

Steven provided excellent customer service. There was a bit of a wait, and they continued to check on me. They were short staffed and made every effort to work quickly and provide good service. I witnessed them provide patient care to a non English speaking customer. They didn’t rush anyone but worked efficiently. This crew was amazing. I will definitely be back!

I had a leak and their mechanic Dylan was amazing. He gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to fit me in quickly. He found a few additional items but it all needed done since my car is so old. I appreciated his honesty and thorough service to help me figure out which items needed done as priority. I will definitely be back!
