Thorough and efficient

I stopped in for an oil change early Sunday 3/22. I was quickly greeted by a very friendly gentleman. He was very helpful and explained the process quickly. He explained everything on the screen and showed me the filter that needed changed. I cannot express enough how kind everyone was! Even the gentleman doing the oil changes in the garage said hello and was very friendly. They made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. They didn’t pressure me to do anything additional they simply offered the other services they may be due or past due and explained why they were necessary but they also didn’t use any pressure which means a lot to customers. Very positive experience and I will use this location again.

Good service but way to expensive

Came in to do a top off. The service is always great and the workers are very friendly and professional. I was in and out in just 15 minutes, and was able to get to work on time.

I had a really great experience with Jiffy Lube. The car I brought in had a bit of a thump in braking. They identified a warped rotor and very worn brake pads. They were able to replace those and take care of the oil change all in the same visit without an appointment. I was very satisfied with their communication, work and overall price. Would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Been here a few times and the guys are super chill. They are always honest and transparent with my car needs and gave great advice on how to approach maintenance to my vehicle and upcoming needs.

Had a great experience here. The team was very professional and responsible throughout the whole process. They clearly explained what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell me anything unnecessary. The pricing was reasonable for my Volvo, and I really appreciated that they even included a complimentary brake fluid service. Everything was done efficiently and the car drives much smoother now. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Quick and efficient

I own a 2024 Ford Bronco and took it into the Jiffy Lube on Olivia Way in Fishers yesterday for the very first time. I was only there for an oil change, but while sitting in the waiting room, a disgruntled customer began arguing with one of the employees—raising his voice, accusing the worker of sabotaging his vehicle, and making a scene. Instead of escalating to the customer's level, the employee handled the situation with calmness and respect. I was not only impressed with the way in which he did this, but also with the incredible service on my vehicle for a reasonable price. Even though some people are not always the easiest to deal with, showing kindness and patience is always better than fighting fire with fire. Because of this experience here, I will continue to go back to this location and would definitely recommend it to others.

Just recently had my wheel calipers repaired there. The guys were easy to work with and very fair on price !

Five stars and then some. My wife stopped in to get her company car serviced and left impressed. Glenn greeted her right away and got her settled in the waiting area without the usual awkward shuffle. John, the manager, walked her through exactly what they were doing with the vehicle. Clear explanation. No pressure. No upsell nonsense. Here is the kicker. They removed a stuck rear wiper blade that multiple other shops could not figure out. That alone tells you something about the level of attention and competence here. They also handled ordering new tires without turning it into a sales pitch. Straightforward, professional, and efficient. If you want an oil change done right, with staff who treat your family with respect please check this store and its team out!
