The guys were quick to get my car looked at and I was in and out in 40 min fixing my air. They were upfront on cost and the plan they would take to assess my car.

The service was very quick and professional. Would highly recommend

The manager made sure to have the employees check my cabin air filter-which is a pain to get to. Manager also gave me a discount for getting two air filters that day.

AMAZING customer service. Whole staff was super helpful and went above and beyond in getting my tire replaced. Hit a pot hole Saturday night and these guys fought tooth and nail to get a replacement here as fast as possible. When they couldn’t get one here Sunday, Cameron personally drove me back to the hockey rink to pick up my bag and back over to a hotel. These guys are truly the best and I can’t recommend them enough

I went to Jiffy Lube as a second opinion on car maintenance that the first place told me was going to be in excess of $3000. Once the employees of Jiffy Lube looked at my car, it was a simple brake job and they cost was less than $250. I was treated well by Jiffy Lube and would recommend their services to my family and friends. Dustin Meredith was my key employee throughout the oil change and a week later the brake job. I was very pleased with the service I received.

The onsite manager explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was needed. This was also the first time I was shown the interior cabin filter.

Dustin, Matrix, Damian, and everyone else there are all very kind, funny and laid back peoples. I enjoyed the show while I stayed in the car. Don't worry about those who wanna bring y'all down. The people that worked here today were very sweet and nice. They had to be out in This heat. They did their best to see if my AC would work. they did a great job. I definitely would go back.

Latasha is great, every question I ask her she’s explains in great depth and detail, I had been having some troubles with my car and she told me where to go and who would fix it if she couldn’t (but she could).

Tasha is a great enthusiast worker. She is always in a great mood and happy to help with anything. She also does a very great job at explaining things about my vehicle to me.

Had unexpected tire repair. They were amazing, customer service was great! They got me in and put quick. Ran around town for 2 days and no one could get me in or would take the time.

Super friendly staff

Super friendly staff, had my oil change (plus tire rotation, plus filter change x2, plus changing my reverse light, plus cutting off some weather strip that was hanging off my car) done within 20 mins. I didn’t feel pressured to add on any services - they explained to me what was recommended based on what they saw, and let me choose what I wanted. Cannot express how friendly they were, too! As a girl with pink hair and pink car accessories, it is very common for me to feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of at auto shops. At the Coldwater Jiffy Lube, though, the staff was SO kind and polite and explained things to me very well. I will be coming back! :)
