I have been a customer at Jiffy Lube on S. Bend Drive for years. Today (Monday 5/11/2026) I needed an oil change, a bulb for my drivers side plate light, and a new low beam drivers side headlight, so I came to Jiffy Lube. Whenever I come here everything is always explained to me and the prices are gone over with me before anything is done. They have never made me feel like because I’m a woman they're trying to take advantage of me. Today they were busy (even though I feel like they always are) they are never rude, or rushing, or acting frustrated. They always take their time and make me feel confident in the work that they’re doing because they are confident. They are always so friendly and professional. The crew working today: Andrew F., Gregory H., Jason C., Kalan H., and Jeffrey M. were all great. Not all of them worked directly on my car but any time they passed me they had a smile on their face and were kind and friendly. I will always go to Jiffy Lube at this location because they always go above and beyond to give the best customer service, and that is hard to find nowadays.

Bill and his team here at the Jiffy Lube on Jefferson are top notch. They're all about educating the customer and making sure the customer understands why and what they're doing. They're not just being pushy salespeople. They care about the work they do. I also wanted to shout out Sean & Rick for their easy conversation while I waited for my service!

Best jiffy lube place in town. Service is on another tier. The team here is not afraid to answer your questions and go above the rest of the places. I’m the type of drive that when I see a problem in my vehicle regardless it being time to change bulbs or oil change I like to address these things immediately because I believe that small things add up to big things and therefore become more costly. I recently went to the Jiffy Lube on Coliseum Boulevard and the staff there was giving me several excuses in the why they weren’t able to even look at the bulbs. They shared that the issue could have been that the connectors, but this was purity expectations because they did not even take the time to check. So I visited the same Jiffy Lube I have been going for years and then in less than 20 minutes, they were able to show me the problem which it was the bulbs That’s blue out. For both bulbs and labor, it cost me less than $40. For In-N-Out No appointments This is a place to come. 4/12/2026 It seems that it depends on whom you meet up at this location if they are wanting to do their job and provide you with a good service and experience. I can to this location once more to change a light build with by the end their weren’t able to do it and I followed up by asking them to please check my tire pressure and oil it was filled up by nods and of course it didn’t get done. I don’t think that the team understand that they are there to provide a service and that some people have a hard time explaining what they need because some of us are not mechanically inclined. To the OWNER/MANAGER No I won’t be calling you or the customer service number.

They were very attentive and very kind. Die to Covid, they have you wait in the car while it's serviced.

Pulled my truck in Installed best oil filter 6 qts dexos oil Vacuumed interior plus installed A new air filter $94. Very nice people
