They was prompt and kindand they was not pushy trying sale styff.

Staff is super friendly and attentive. Everyone was polite and seemed to be in a good mood. It makes a huge difference for someone like me who is from out of state and already feeling weary about using new places for service. Kudos to the team on Jefferson!

Greeted immediately on arrival. Got right in. Quick oil change and on my way. What makes Jiffy Lube best is the people who take acre of my vehicle.

Kalan H is the man! No cap He discussed everything well also made me a happy customer leaving the shop. Manager is solid as well and handled my service from the start of me pulling up. And bro who was working on my car above the underground bay is solid as well and did he job. Happy customer is the least I can say!

Great experience at Jiffy Lube today! The team replaced my passenger headlights, did a transmission flush, and completed my oil change quickly and professionally. Everyone was friendly, explained the services clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back.

The crew did a terrific job and quick. I work in construction and was impressed with the safety protocols, the pit safety nets, calling out actions and waiting for our crew response, etc. Quick and safe, nice.

I had a panic on trying to get my car fixed before I worked the rest of the week. I called and spoke with Nick and Sean who were super nice and helpful. They didn’t make me feel stupid as a woman as some mechanics can do. I definitely recommend. Also as of right now, they did fix the issue.

The service was top notch. My truck needed a whole host of additional parts compared to a typical brake service. The technicians were super professional explaining the difference in price. I was in and out fast considering what all went into it. Will be a repeat client.
