Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 5312 S BEND DR, FORT WAYNE, IN, 46804-1680

Exceptional service, in and out and a thorough job!

My history of maintenance was covered, and I was not pushed to get things done that were not necessary. I was told what needed to be done in the near future which was good advice. I feel confident I can trust the information I was given to be fair and honest.

came here two days in a row to get my car and my partner's car serviced. both times had a great experience, they were direct, welcoming, and quick! most importantly, they gave suggestions to keep both of our cars in great shape. will be coming back again next time!

Willing to squeeze me in before close, honest, and thorough with their recommendations. Never pushy and ALWAYS friendly.

The staff were professional, thorough, and kind. The service was efficient and the only waiting was when I pulled in right after two other customers arrived right before me.

Bill runs a well “oiled” machine! I have been a customer at this location for many years and I will continue to support as they always do a great job.

Bob and his team took great care of me! My oil change was about 20 mins and they were so quick with getting it done for me. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of items I wasn’t looking for they just told me to come back in when I could!

I came in for an oil change and all of the gentlemen working were incredibly friendly and helpful. The oil change was quick and easy, this was my first time at this location but I will be back.
