When they rebalanced my tires, they caught a missing lug nut bolt that was unsafe. I came back and they were able to replace the missing bolt and were very helpful and thorough! They were also great with the oil change and confirmed my air filters were fine, not pushing any service/cost I didn't really need, which I very much appreciate. Definitely will continue going to this Jiffy location!

10/10 service! They did a through check to my vehicle before walking me through the option available to me. Staff was a great team together obvious communication and direct answers! Thanks again Jiffy Lube!!

Great staff, very welcoming and the communication was great, this is anywhere you ....filters are crazy expensive, but they sold me, plus it needed done.

they noticed i needed brakes, encountered some issues with the parts they had ordered & went above & beyond to make sure the job was completed correctly.

Bill and the crew gave excellent service. They were very quick and very efficient. They also found that I had a broken Sway bar, which is the noise that I had been hearing for a few days! I would definitely recommend using them!

I came in to get an oil change for my vehicle only. It would be nice if the mechanic told me that my gearbox is leaking before the mechanic tore it apart without my permission. I hope it was put back together correctly. I never had any issues until yesterday.. Im very satisfied when Bill works on my vehicle.

I have been a customer at Jiffy Lube on S. Bend Drive for years. Today (Monday 5/11/2026) I needed an oil change, a bulb for my drivers side plate light, and a new low beam drivers side headlight, so I came to Jiffy Lube. Whenever I come here everything is always explained to me and the prices are gone over with me before anything is done. They have never made me feel like because I’m a woman they're trying to take advantage of me. Today they were busy (even though I feel like they always are) they are never rude, or rushing, or acting frustrated. They always take their time and make me feel confident in the work that they’re doing because they are confident. They are always so friendly and professional. The crew working today: Andrew F., Gregory H., Jason C., Kalan H., and Jeffrey M. were all great. Not all of them worked directly on my car but any time they passed me they had a smile on their face and were kind and friendly. I will always go to Jiffy Lube at this location because they always go above and beyond to give the best customer service, and that is hard to find nowadays.
