Everyone was friendly and their service was good. I was a bit surprised at how much my oil change was even at half off. I think the Audi deal ship specials are cheaper . So over all lovely people but I don’t my think I will be returning unless they price more competitively.

Zach did amazing making sure I understood what oil change I needed/what was best for my car. Definitely feel more confident coming here and knowing my car is taken care of than other places

The gentleman who checked me in was super friendly and very thorough. This location always does a great job. The only complaint I have is that the price has gone up a lot the last year. I do understand that part of the reason is that you are paying for convenience and quick service.

I took my car to Jiffy Lube on Maysville Rd. for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was treated as though I was someone special. Terry and his team made sure I was informed on everything that was going on with my car. I told them about the issue I was having with my tire pressure monitoring system, they repaired the two on they drivers side way less then the dealership charge for the two on the passenger side. I'll recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone who needs not just an oil change, but for all vehicle maintenance.

Had great service today on Customer Appreciation Day! Went in around 1 and was able to get my car in and out within 20 minutes. Not only was my oil change quick, but they were also serving drinks, hotdogs, chips, and fresh cotton candy. Staff were very friendly and respectful. Will definitely be coming back.

The attendants were most attentive and courteous. They spotted things that needed attention, such as a screw in a tire and repaired it. So glad as I have a 1,000 mile road trip ahead of me and it makes me feel much safer knowing it is fixed.

Thanks to Alana for spotting our flat tire as we were leaving the car wash. She graciously filled our tire ao we could get to the tire store. Great service and job well done, Alana!
