I didn't feel like taking much 20-25 GMC Sierra Denali to the dealer to get an oil change and happen to stop by the Jiffy Lube on Maysville Road almost by mistake and I'll tell you it was one of the best oil change experiences that I've had the manager there was very receptive he was very very knowledgeable about things that I was concerned about concerning the 6.2 L naturally aspirated engine in that truck that he put all my worries to bed so thank you manager of the Jiffy Lube on Maysville Road who took care of me Saturday May 16th

Speedy service, excellent work, conveniently located and offers a Full Oil Change. Cleaned out the air filter, made sure all my fluids were full for a long-distance road trip - and will be back again for my oil changes. GREAT TEAM OF PEOPLE WORK HERE!!

I had to go back to have the air filter I already paid for installed. It was missed somehow. They did call me and let me know so I give them kudos for that. Staff was friendly and fairly quick service. But overpriced for sure.

The manager Zach did a great job from start to finish he kept us updated on our vehicle and brought us the things that needed looked at. He wasn’t pushy just let us know the facts, it’s hard to find someone honest these days. Glad he was there to assist us through the whole process. Thanks Zach!

Zach K of the Maysville location was awesome. Truly the best customer service I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube. I’ve been a customer for 15 years but he was easily the best employee I’ve ever encountered. 10/10. No notes.
