My car burns oil, so I really appreciate the top-off I can get midway between changes. The guy in charge whenever I’ve been there really knows his stuff, and runs a good team.

I have always had great service at the Greenfield Jiffy Lube. Might have to remind them to sweep the inside of the vehicle, but no troubles otherwise. Price is much better with coupons!

I really love the friendly staff.

I got there at opening time and was advised that it might take a little longer than normal for the oil change as he was the only employee there at that time. I appreciated him telling me this information and chose to stay. He was still very thorough in his job and did not rush it or take any shortcuts.

Always very kind and knowledgeable. Very efficient and gives me great advice on many different mechanical matters. I appreciate how fast they work and how great they are not just to me but the other customers. I appreciate you guys

????? Great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Greenfield. The staff was very straightforward and easy to communicate with from the moment I pulled in. They explained what they were doing, answered my questions clearly, and kept everything simple and efficient. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were about the service options. Instead of immediately pushing the highest-priced option, they started by explaining the lowest-cost service and then walked through the other tiers up to the most premium option. Everything was clearly and concisely explained, and there was no pressure, vagueness, or shady sales tactics. They also didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary filters or add-ons. They just handled the oil change professionally and got me back on the road quickly. Honest, hassle-free service like that goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back.

Everyone there is always super friendly and does an amazing job. As someone who usually changes their own oil and does their own maintenance work, I am more than willing to pay a little extra to have them do it because they are always super nice and professional. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Edit: owner called me he made it right and offered to fix the issue happy with the end result I went in for an oil change. they said my coolant was low they’d top it off for 7.99 no problem go ahead I drove a little bit for work and then headed to Pendleton to hit the highway to go to noblesville as I’m nearing Pendleton my car starts to overheat and I didn’t know what was wrong. I pull over at a gas station and had someone help me to discover the cap wasn’t even put on correctly! I fill it up and go home. I call them in the morning and the guy says oh that wouldn’t cause you to lose all your coolant and over heat. like I’m some dumb female who doesn’t know enough yes it does!! So angry!!! Pictures even for proof! Will never go back!!

Staff was super nice and thorough! I didn't feel confused on what they were checking and they were up front with prices and what each package meant. It was quick and easy!

They caught several mistakes that the previous mechanics made. Apparently my battery terminal was hanging on by a prayer and someone lost the cap to a reservoir. Good stuff. They're my new go-to after hearing what some of the other shops have done to people's cars.

Stopped in to get oil change and was given choices of price ranges for the job and then quick service thereafter. Decided to change out cabin air filter and was able to complete entire service in about 30 minutes. Staff was very helpful and polite. Sticker shock each time I get services on anything, anywhere wasn't a surprise. Was given a discount as a first time customer which was appreciated. Very satisfied with service and staff.

Very professional, knowledgeable and makes sure if your vehicle is in need of any other repairs/new replacements they offer but do not push you into buying them. Great place to service your vehicles.

Service tech told me how to find a coupon for the service and saved me $20.

Very pleased with the service I received. The gentlemen were very professional and kept me informed of what was going on throughout my visit. Pricing was very reasonable, as well.

One of my best experiences was getting my oil changed that Jiffy Lube. There were very prompt experienced very helpful with my new car on getting me to understand on how to change settings on my new Kia four I will always continue going to them even when I moved to Texas.

Always AMAZING service! Everyone you encounter is so friendly and helpful. For someone that doesn’t know anything about cars they tell and teach me things I need to know! I’ve never felt pressured they are super understanding and will work with you within your budget. For me it truly is like going to a mechanic shop with a bunch of older brothers! Truly the best spot in town!!! So grateful to all of you guys!!!

The employees at the Greenfield location are awesome. They did not try to trick me into purchasing other stuff. They showed me things that did not need changed. Checked my tire wear so that I really didn’t need a rotation. Fast, quick, professional and very nice.

These guys are thorough and quick at fulfilling our needs with our fleet. They have also gotten things approved with the companies we rent our vans from that no one else seems to have gotten. Thanks guys for the help! I hope the new management continues this great!
