The true showing of a business is not in how pleasant and friendly they are while selling a product, but rather in how they respond when something goes really wrong. I've been a Jiffy Lube customer for over 20 years. In Dec 2025 I had brakes, rotors and pads replaced on both axels at Jiffy Lube/Allisonville Rd. It was a preventative measure - there were no sounds coming from the brakes (squeaking, squealing, grinding) - but front pads were getting thin and winter was coming. Also, I was told by Jiffy Lube that the rear brakes could wait if I chose to do so. I really appreciated the HONESTY after being told by another mechanic that both axels were in "dangerous condition". After the job was done there was a squeaking that occurred when applying the brakes. I returned to JL in January and person on duty drove the car and didn't hear any squeaking. Returned again in February and spoke to Assistant Manager, Sam. Brakes were taken apart completely and put back together, thinking there could be dust or a tiny pebble stuck between rotors and pads - but that was not the case. I returned again early April because the squeaking had not completely subsided - although it did improve. At that time, Sam again looked at the brake system and determined if the noise didn't stop, he would get authorization to replace all brake parts (without cost), thinking it could be a rare case of a defective part. I was VERY relieved that Jiffy Lube stood behind its work and parts used. Sam provided EXCELLENT service and really went ABOVE AND BEYOND when I returned in early May to have all parts replaced. There has not been even a tiny sound with the new brakes. I am very grateful to Jiffy Lube and to Sam for showing such professionalism and understanding in this situation. FIVE STARS are really not enough! This is TRULY A BUSINESS THAT STANDS BEHIND ITS WORK! And that is a rare quality in 2026!

Fast service, good quality

Had an unexpected low tire pressure on both rear tires. Because I am a loyal customer, the guys a Jiffy lube took care of the problem at no cost. That’s why I am loyal

The crew were polite, and courteous. That informed me of my options.

Experience was overall good. Fast and efficient. Only complaint is I asked them to fill tires when pulling in as I knew they were all low. When oil change was finished I turned my car on and all tired still showed low pressure. I sat in my car during oil change, and even though at checkout I told them I didn’t see anyone check the ties and the pressure still showed low, they just said they definitely checked them and to jus drive around a bit. I ended up stopping and filling my tires on the way home. Just wish they would have done it while I was there.

What a great group of guys. Their integrity is top notch and that can’t be said for all quick oil change places. I was borrowing a car and noticed the sticker had November’s date. I decided to have an oil change as a thank you. The manager told me that although time had passed only 1,000 miles had been driven and recommended topping off the fluids only. I could’ve been taken advantage of so easily and he chose to be honest with me! Yay!

Everyone did there thing and got me out faster than I expected

Jiffy Lube did a honest appraisal of my cars needs. We’re not pushy with any other additional recommendations. There were two people ahead of me. I was in and out in maybe 40 minutes. I was there for an oil change.

Asked to vacuum the front seats/ floor. The guy who did the driver’s side did a great job but the guy who did the passenger side left a lot of debris on the carpet.

Best Jiffy Lube ever. Every experience I’ve had here has been great! The staff is super friendly and courteous. I wish more businesses would conduct themselves like their staff does! Highly recommend this location.

Next time provide price before starting the work. Don't dump the oil before providing complete price.
