This location is amazing! They have wonderful service and are very professional.

It was a Saturday they were very busy and still very thorough and gave excellent service. The manager was very friendly and helpful and I was very impressed by him and satisfied.

Fast easy and great service, Hanna, James, and Trevon all did an excellent job and worked together to get what I needed done fast and they also communicated with me what they were doing and why as a girl who doesn’t know much about cars they were very helpful and also great people customer service was a 10/10 at this location. I will be back for future oil changes because of them.

Good and efficient service. Courteous. Took a bit longer, but they only had 2 people working total. Oil change plus complimentary check, power steering tap off, and air refill.

I called two places both were two hours behind. Had almost forgotten about jiffy lube. Went there and they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Plus all the staff worked together and were so courteous, friendly, helpful and that made me feel special, especially the supervisor who took my hand and walked me to my car door so I wouldn’t slip. Store number 2366 on Pendleton Pike serviced my vehicle in this cold weather with a smile! They were friendly, fast and efficient and they all seem to get along like family! I would refer them to anyone in a heartbeat good job guys and keep up the good work ??

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Trevon, James, and Rodney! They took such great care of me and were super helpful and informative every step of the way. I really appreciated how they explained what was going on with my car and made the whole process so easy. Definitely recommend these guys!
