Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 5444 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN, 46254-2918

Employees very reserved professionals. Explained every question in detail. Very much appreciated. I usually change my own oil. So service and cost were my concern points. They exceeded at both.

I had my oil change done at Jiffy Lube on W. 38th Street, and I had a wonderful experience! The technicians were very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided excellent customer service and made the entire process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate the great service and positive experience. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly and dependable service!

Friendly and welcoming service. Went out of their way to be helpful concerning my needs that were unrelated to their service offerings. I will be back.

Fast, reasonable prices, great customer service! Thanks for cleaning my car & changing my oil!

Great Service once again!! I haven't been to this location for a oil change in years due to moving away but I was in the area today & stopped in. The staff was very thorough but still quick! I went in on my lunch break & was out in time. They were also very patient, honest, & helpful despite the heat & my series of questions ( sorry guys). Will definitely return! Thank you!
