Everything that I needed to be done was done within in an hour or so, I was pretty shocked by how fast they had finished. I had an oil change, cabin filter changed and my tires rotated. I was very pleased, thank you so much ! ????

Giving the guys a shoutout for their service. The low oil light didn’t turn off on my Subaru Impreza after they got my oil changed. Kind of an odd quirk of the models electrics. They really went the extra mile getting the oil light reset. Thanks a lot guys!??

I had never been charged fee to fill my antifreeze until I went the other day I didn't see any memo that you now be charged fee check your fluids or fill them

The Indianapolis 86th street location technicians are great. The man who checked my car in was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt comfortable the moment he greeted me. As an elder single woman car maintenance is not something I look forward to but today’s experience was actually pleasant.

James and his crew did a fine job. Pleased they did not try to up the ticket by selling an air filter that did not need changed. Pleased they did communicate preventative maint. issue on brake fluid. Glad to accomplish this task here rather than a drop off---all day issue at Firestone.

James the manager was outstanding! He impressed me so much with his knowledge, patience with my questions, his professionalism, his honest recommendations. I have never had this kind of service at Jiffy Lube , ever! James was so helpful to me and really paid attention to detail. He could have been dishonest like a lot of places are by just saying i needed to change my transmission fluid but he looked it up on carfax and realized it had been done recently. Saved me $149.99!! I am bringing my Pilot back for rotating tires and other work orders at half the price of a mechanic's place. Its hard to find people like this anymore and let me tell you; this man gave me faith in my fellow man by his honesty and integrity. By far one of the greatest service experiences ive ever had. I'm a server in the restaurant business over 30yrs and I know great customer service when I see and experience it. Thank you!

They were able to help me with an unexpected flat in a matter of an hour while also being incredibly busy during that time! They guys were professional and efficient. Once my plug wears out I’ll be coming back here to get new tires installed!
