They were very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is that Jiffy Lube doesn't have high mileage oil available.

Great group of folks. I dont drive a lot like I used to. I would literally put 1000 miles a week. Now I literally put 2000 miles in 4 yrs lol. But they did a great job.

Service was quick and complete. They checked all fluids, filled those that were needed, cleaned battery terminals, checked tires, cleaned the windshield, and, of course, did my oil change. I was very happy with the service. Staff was pleasant and courteous

I went to the establishment west 10th Indianapolis, IN received great service from the time I pulled up until it was time for me to pay and leave. The staff working that day paid great attention to a light that had come on in my car and they assisted me the best they could. Actually , appreciate everyone taking the time to explain to me the issues that I was having.

By far my favorite Jiffy Lube location. The staff here are always kind and attentive. They are happy to explain any points of concern with your car and they never try to upsell you. Genuinely such a great bunch, I’ll be using this location exclusively from now on.

Standard Oil change and tire rotation. Robert had helped me today and was incredibly kind and respectful. Everyone there is very nice and the building is very clean and well maintained.
