I was in and out for an oil change in under 20 minutes. Great service!

The service was quick and easy. I’ve had other places walk me through the reasons for each additional suggested service and show me the oil levels afterwards, which is an extra step of reassurance. I mostly was uncomfortable because one of the employees was wearing Ray Ban glasses with cameras built in. I have no idea how to navigate a world where we can now be recorded while doing simple chores and where the filming would go once it’s done. In a world of constant recording and now AI manipulation of videos, Ray Ban glasses at work just make me uncomfortable. This is not a slam in the employee or anyone who helped me, because the service was professional, but it is something I think more employers need to be aware of is happening.

Luv these guys! They were really helpful and fast, my car is running really well now! Bonus I was recommended a new anime to watch and the whole experience really restored my faith in humanity. I hope my children one day are as kind and charismatic as these fellas. The price was also understandable and fair. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

Staff was pleasant and professional. I noticed the gentleman doing the work wiped off the parts of my car which might have been touched.

I had my full grown pittie-mix in the passenger seat and everyone gave him pets. Full-grown men floating around me like butterflies, asking consent, not talking to me like I've never drove a car before, and gettin work done. My version of a salon experience. 10/10. No notes.

I’ve been helped by Spencer for years, but Matt, Wes, Thad and Ellis were new to me and great to work with . These guys work well as a team and took care of me and my car quickly and professionally. I appreciate that your associates are dialed in with customer service at this the lead of their work. This crew should be rewarded for the way they positively represent your company. I will be back to this location with my 3 cars.
