Honestly, when I think of oil change shop, customer service is t what I normally think of. However, I go to this Jiffy Lube every time mostly because they are so funny, and friendly, and jovial.

Hossier Hospitality clean easy in and out. This was my first time having anyone else change my oil in over 40 years, a good experience. Ty

My new 2025 RAM 2500 takes 0W40. Who new it’s not always in stock. I called here and Matt answered. He told me they had it. I headed that way and got the oil changed for the first time. Matt, Brandon, and Thaddeus were all upbeat and friendly. Solid experience. I’ll definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.

Believe it or not, I had never used Jiffy Lube, even though it is one of the largest chains in the country. I always had oil changes done when I serviced my car at dealerships. But I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed and thoroughness at this Jiffy Lube and Broadripple and Indianapolis.

I will always go to the BroadRipple location! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always have a positive attitude and professionalism. Thanks!
