I was very pleasantly surprised by the great communications skills of the team. They worked together and used “please” and “thank you” with one another frequently. I can say I’ve never had such a pleasant oil change. We will be back!

Everyone is so great at this location. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve gone to other locations and had very poor customer service. The guys here are always very kind and informative. They never push sales too much, just recommend what needs done.

I found this crew to be very organized, safety conscious and communicative to each other as the performed the work as a team!!! As a retired supervisor in my profession who strongly believed in team effort, this crew was stellar!!! THANK YOU……pay raise for the work!!!!

This location is great! They were friendly and got my oil change done quickly. As a woman, I loved seeing other women there working on the cars. I wish that was my skill set :) Great job overall, I highly recommend this location :)

Jiffy Lube at E 96th St (near I69) -- Staff are always super pleasant here & get me in and out quickly. I generally sitck to oil changes & air/cabin filter services, but I've also gotten new headlamps, wipers, and more. They also run some good coupons!

Why was this trip different from past visits you other Jiffy Lube? The vibe was honest, sincere. I felt no pressure to buy something else. They offered services I didnt know existed. They changed a headlight for $28 installed. Other non Jilly Lube places quoted me $200. Manager was on point guiding her younger staff.
