Always quick and efficient. However I do miss having the windows cleaned and the vehicle vacuumed. Jiffy quit doing that a while back, but overall I still prefer them over others.

Team was fast and courteous

Service was okay, but I always double check oil when I get home and I will come back for a complete fill. It was down to the lowest dot on the stick, but not dangerous.

David was a fantastic help when I needed to check my tire pressure. He was incredibly polite and welcoming, and went the extra mile with his service. He was just genuinely nice, and made the whole experience a breeze.

The guys at this place are great, I wish I had their names. I’ve been there twice and they’ve been so nice and helpful. First time I. April, I had a bad battery. I wasn’t after work and they were closing soon. They didn’t have my battery in stock ( I have a tiny chevy spark, uncommon battery size) but cld order from auto zone and have delivered w/i 30 min. Austin zone dropped the ball and sent the delivery driver home after they ordered my battery. Thant were so apologetic, but not their fault. They closed at 7 and it was 6:30. They said if I got it & made it back by 7 they’d put in and they did for free. Came back 6 wks later for an oil change, didn’t have a oil filter for my car in stock, but they sent one of their guys to go pick one up from the jiffy lube in whiteland and completed my oil change. They also found my battery wasn’t fully charged for some reason and answered all my extra questions and helped me actually figure out what was wrong with my car. They have great service and super helpful. I’ll keep going to jiffy lube at Emerson and Southport .

Staff were very nice and quick

Always polite, respectful and always answers questions. The price is a little more than other places but I think the service and quality of work makes it worth it.

Polite, convenient and courteous

Get your oil changed here! They are so kind. They were helpful. They educated me on what I needed but were never pushy. They offered to wash my windows and vacuum the car out. The newer manager, Robert, was super kind! I have been coming here for years and I have told my friends to come here too. 6/30/26 still my favorite place!
