I had put off much-needed service on my vehicle and the crew at Jiffy Lube made taking care of everything fast and efficient. The customer service rep was very personable and worked with my budget to be able to include the most needed services. It was very easy and very quick! Highly recommend!

I was in for an oil change last week and happened to mention to James that I had a sensor out on one of my tires, he informed me that they could take care of that. I came back today and James & Samantha gave me quick excellent service & it was WAY cheaper than the quote I got from a dealership. THANK YOU James & Samantha, you both ROCK!!

The crew was nice and very professional. The only thing that is a bit of a downside is that I had a coupon offering a free Rain X product and they didn’t do it. I asked the lady if they did and she said I’m sure they did but they didn’t you can come back another day to get it. Seems like someone should have double checked

I now use the Keystone store north of 62nd St. The staff is always pleasant and efficient. I actually enjoy using this location with confidence.

I was not told the price of sevices offered. If I was I would not have gotten the air cabin filter replaced. I was charged $49.99 for a $20 part. It is easy to replace so it shouldn't cost $30 to install ir. I won't be back
