Highly recommend and shout out to the manager Jimmy. Took my truck in and was having some issues after, he agreed to completely change it out again for free. My truck is old, doesn’t have a dipstick so they can’t measure, we were unsure if that was even the issue but still agreed to do it. Will be returning.

There are several shops closer to my home that are easier to get to, but I still choose this Jiffy Lube every time. The staff is consistently friendly, honest, and efficient. They do great work, make the process easy, and I always leave confident that my vehicle was well taken care of.

The customer service was great i will be returning there. They check my filters and let me see and explain what was important then the other to get done do to my budget thank you so much the manager was real nice

The crew here is always professional and efficient

The ship was very busy and short staffed that day. It was less than an hour from closing. But despite all that, the manager was very transparent about my potential wait time and still treated me like a loyal paying customer. He was very thorough, seemed knowledgeable when we discussed my car and he still got me in and out in 15-20 minutes. Great customer service. This guy deserved a raise that day. I know it’s hard sometimes to juggle running the shop, managing the employees and servicing the customers. He did it quite well.
