Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 10520 E WASHINGTON ST, INDIANAPOLIS, IN, 46229-2610

Friendly staff, efficient services and fair prices.

Great service! Not a long wait at all for a Friday morning. The techs were nice and knowledgeable. They also double checked the torque on every bolt on my tires after rotation. Nice work team!

This was my 1st time using jiffy lube services, and this location was great. I was in the bay immediately. Both of the guys that helped and worked on my vehicle were very nice as well as able to answer all my questions. They checked all fluids, bulbs, which I needed a back one. I will use their services again.

Phenomenal craftsmanship

Knowledgeable and personable employees. Although very hot outside, they were all 'cool' to me!!

In and Out with great service

We had an issue where the oil cap was left off, oil everywhere and burning under the hood.leaking... called and was taken in as soon as we got there, found the problem, cleaned up the mess and refilled the oil. Thanks for your help

All was fine except the price 80 bucks with a 50% off coupon is crazy. I can go to take 5 and pay less than 80 bucks with no coupon. Won't come back

Friendly staff, quick service, and efficient.

Been going to this location for YEARS and I love them. They do excellent work and I know I can trust them. One time they accidentally broke my dipstick and didn't hesitate to order me a new one. Now I live on the south side and still come back to this location.
