I’m so tired when you go to these oil, change places and have a teenager work on my vehicle. Not here. Charlie and the guys know what they’re doing. They are courteous and fast they’re really nice guys and they know what they’re doing.

I stopped at Jiffy Lube (my usual spot) to get an oil change. I was helped immediately. Someone came out and asked if I’d like to step inside to see what I needed done to my vehicle. After starting the oil change, a service tech asked if I’d like to purchase a new air or cabin filter. Upon sitting in the break room for what felt like maybe 15 minutes, a service tech came in to let me know that my vehicle was done. I went to the counter to pay and my vehicle was ready for me outside.

Fantastic techs that work at the state road 67 and W Mooresville road location. Quick professional service and they take great care of you and your car.

Even though I was just there for an engine oil top off and they seemed busy, the Jiffy Lube employees got me right in and finished quickly. They also took the time to discuss some possible future issues that may need to be addressed on my truck. I was very satisfied and I will be taking my truck back for future service.
