I came in needing some brand new wheels installed on my truck. I was nervous at first because they were very expensive and I would like them to be treated with care. The gentlemen here took great care of my truck and even took extra precautions to ensure my wheels were installed trouble free. I am very happy with my experience and I greatly appreciate them treating my truck as if it was their own.

The crew were courteous and professional

So, I came prepared to be sitting for a few hours for my oil change but I was shocked, my wait time was maybe 15min LOVED IT!….and the service was GREAT!…I will most definitely be coming back for future car service.. Thank You Jiffy Lube

update: i came in for a fluid top off and tire check and the mgr came over super professional and discussed things w me and offered me a refund. the other crew guys were also professional and i feel like we’re all friends now :) they really do care about the people they serve. i have been coming here since i moved to indiana 2.5 years ago and will take good care of you.

The mechanic here was super helpful.

i always go here and the last time there was a problem where a technician used a tube that was bigger than needed (this is what i was told) and it got stuck. they had to call in the GM and district mgr to remove the oil pan to extract the part out. it took close to 2.5 hours and the unfortunate part was that i was heading out in a roadtrip to utah from indiana for a healing retreat so i could not reschedule. the asst mgr barron was exceptionally friendly and professional, there was one tech that was cussin and mad about the situation and when the district mgr came he didn’t even apologize for the inconvience his team caused me. the gm said hello and the crazy part of it all is i paid for my service. i was discounted $17 for the inconvenience. as a woman w decades of leadership experiences across many businesses this isn’t what i would have expected. the tech made a mistake. it inconvenienced me over 2 hours and i still paid over $60 for the service. that’s crazy to me. am i alone in this? or what would you do?

Was absolutely great " bill and tim " Helped with my overfilled oil on my car ! And didnt charge me a arm and leg in anyway !!! I really just needed oil drained

Great people and good service

I had to go back after a week from getting an oil change. I had a low oil level. Gabe was great. Got me right in and filled with a quart of oil. He was professional and kind.

Floyd, Baron, Ryan, and all of the guys at the Thompson Rd Jiffy Lube are life savers. They've been there for me during some pretty rough car trouble and made sure I always felt heard and understood. They also do their best to educate me (even though I do NOT "speak car", so to speak). These guys are the real deal. The shop is always clean and they do their best to quote as fairly as possible. Truly, this shop is the best.

They were quick answered all my questions and respectful. Made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Thank you guys

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location today. I arrived around 9:00 AM and was out by about 9:45, so the service was quick and efficient. The team handled my premium synthetic oil change, replaced my air filter and cabin air filter, installed new wiper blades, topped off my washer fluid, checked my fluids, lights, and tire pressure, and kept everything moving smoothly. The staff was professional, helpful, and did a good job explaining the services without making the visit feel stressful or drawn out. I appreciated the fast turnaround and the quality of service. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I would recommend this location.

Stopped in and got a quick oil change in my work truck. Ryan explained the process and even let me make a video to show my team on how to get the work done on a fleet vehicle. Ryan was very helpful and it is amazingly easy for anyone. Thanks for doing a good job!
