Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 8580 N MICHIGAN RD, INDIANAPOLIS, IN, 46268-1940

I recently had my transmission fluid replaced and overall, I had a great experience. The employees were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the service. I also communicated some additional needs with my vehicle and asked if they could take a look at a leak and provide an update. They were willing to address my concerns and make sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. The service was completed in a short amount of time, which I really appreciated. I was also given a discount on the total service price, which was a great bonus. I appreciate the friendly customer service, efficiency, and willingness to work with me on my vehicle’s needs. I would definitely consider coming back for future service.

Knowledgeable and professional people who work there and very helpful people

Elvis and the crew were great! Got me in and out in no time.

you guys did a great job though. I have to say that your price is on air filters and in cabin air filters are a little steep lol but the guys did a good job.

My issue was not an oil change, but the gentleman on duty were kind enough to give me their full undivided attention, and service me!

Great service! Spoke with Cyrus over the phone, which led me to only want to come to that location then when I get there, I met Jarrell and his coworker and they were so kind and professional and took great care of me!! I will definitely return!! -Tami

They were nice

The young men that helped me today were informative and helpful. Appreciate all the hard work especially in the heat.

Great team work! I appreciated their help.

The crew was nice, very efficient, explained what they were doing and offered recommendations. However, it was $20 more, even with the $27 off coupon, then across the street...

Everyone was very polite and explained everything in detail that I needed to look out for
