I got there right after they opened. They took me right away. Explained everything without being pushy about it. It felt like they cared about my safety not the money they wanted me to spend. Highly recommend.

The guys were great and there was no wait at all. They had all three bays going efficiently. The filter I needed wasn’t available, but they called shortly after I left to let me know I could come back to have it installed. Quick, friendly, efficient, and dedicated. Well done!

We had great service today at Jiffy Lube at 8580 N Michigan. Had picked up a drywall screw in a tire. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes at a reasonable price. Professional technicians and friendly too!

These guys were sooooooo NICE!!!! I will ALWAYS go back. Very polite, very kind understood my $$$ issues. They did not push or make me feel horrible that I could not afford some repairs. I will be sharing on my Facebook, & Instagram. I am a senior (68) currently lol. I will also share with them. This location is about 8 min from where we live. I have no idea what they get paid... but it is not enough. I understand that return business is so important, for a business being successful. However... your staff is vital to your business. I know most of us will scream, make nasty comments, share the "negative" to anyone that will listen. Customers should also acknowledge all the good things. Is there anything in place that the can hear the positive things?? If so, where would a customer go? Please please be sure to share this with them, Jerri Kelley

Jiffy lube is the best

My 2015 GMC Yukon Denali has over 220,400 miles on it. And now it’s burning oil so I really appreciate the “top off” option at Jiffy Lube.
