I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube in Jeffersonville, and Connor made it even better. From the moment I drove in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the service, and made sure I understood what was being done without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was his personality. Connor has a great sense of humor and kept the atmosphere light and enjoyable while still being efficient and focused on his work. It's not often you leave an oil change smiling, but he made the whole experience surprisingly fun. The service was quick, thorough, and done right the first time. It's obvious Connor likes his job and truly cares about providing great customer service. Employees like him are the reason people come back. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Jeffersonville, and if you get the chance, ask for Connor you'll be in great hands!

We had a screw in our tire that tried to ruin our day. I called 2 tire shops nearby and both places told me 2 hours to get a simple tire patched. I decided to pull into Jiffy Lube and see if they could help me. They got our tire patched in 15 minutes! Their waiting room is fully stocked with water, coffee, and is super clean. Looks like a hotel lobby. Justin was extremely friendly, helpful, and even offered me a water as we waited. Highly recommend and cudos to Justin!!
