Great service and a friendly staff. Much better than the other JL in Kokomo.

Went for an oil change that was well over due. When i pulled up, there was a short wait(not a big deal) so the manager offered me $20 off just for the wait! Thank you! Would definitely recommend and i will be going back!

They were very friendly and professional with my service. I would recommend any one to go there and get their oil changed. They let me know about a problem but did not presure me to get it fixed there. They just gave me a quote on how much they would charge me to get it done there. I like how they handle things answering all my questions.

Very, very reasonable. Great staff and did an excellent job on my car. My car is checked out frequently as I drive a lot of miles and many dealerships and service departments have lied about the fluids etc. Jiffy lube in kokomo Indiana on markland ave I found to be honest and really nice men. The few guys that I met in the process of the oil change were very kind, gave clear instructions and worked with diligence. One of them even had an injured leg and worked as if it wasn't a problem. Definitely enjoyed the presence of teamwork and hard work. The oil change was quick and I haven't had any issues since. I will definitely be coming in again.

Great service, efficient. Explained price before providing service. Received oil change, new wipers, and license plate bulb. Friendly staff. But hearing the boss cuss out and threaten disciplinary action to a team member and slam tools and equipment around for not leaving at a particular time was a bit uncalled for. Other teams memebers handled it like champs. Stayed professional. But my service was great. I'd return.

It is hard to find a place to get an oil change that does not feel like you’re in an assembly line. This particular jiffy lube takes time to look over your car in addition to the oil change. They have always treated me right. Other “quick lube” type places seem sloppy forgetting the details.

I only use Jiffy Lube. Fastest and most friendly place in town. Braden helped me and he was so nice.
