I needed to change the oil in my SUV, so I chose Jiffy Lube. Each worker was courteous and polite. I asked a few questions, and they were answered without hesitation. I liked being able to stay in my car while they worked, so if I did think of something to ask, I could. They worked quickly and completed their work with a smile. I highly recommend this efficient company on 26 (Main) and Earl Ave.

The guys were very customer service focused with a great sense of urgency. They had my options and pricings within seconds of pulling up. I went in and sat down and they had my car done in minutes because they cared that I had to be to work soon. They were very thorough about my headlights needing replaced and my air filters and I said I appreciated it and I would be back this weekend to get my service from them.

My first visit to Jiffy Lube truly impressed me. They easily outshine both Midas and the auto service departments at Walmart in my area. Every employee there — both men and women — is extremely knowledgeable and confident. They work together as a strong team, and it’s honestly impressive to watch. They are helpful, kind, and take the time to explain everything clearly so you understand what’s being done and why. Most importantly, they allow you to make your own decisions without any pressure or scare tactics. They walk you through each step of the process so you always know what’s going on. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident in the work they did. My car is better for it. I could say more, but honestly, you should experience it for yourself. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend giving this Jiffy Lube a try at least once. It’s refreshing to see a team that takes pride in doing things the right way — no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, just honest, quality service. Highly recommend!

I came in for a top off. Everyone was moving efficiently. The crew was training a new person and explaining each step as they went. It all appeared very professional and encouraging.

Extremely quick and very kind!

I was driving north on I-65 and my "change oil" light came on. I had an oil change six weeks ago, so I was hoping nothing was wrong. I drove to the nearest Jiffy Lube and within 15 minutes checked to make sure my oil was full, checked my lights, filled my tires, and helped me reconfigure the "change oil" light. Excellent service and very friendly!

I went to Jiffy Lube on a late Sunday afternoon for a standard oil change. I received the greatest service!! Conner Aaron and Robert did a great job!! I will be back and I will spread the word!!

Quick and Polite

Very quick service. The attendant was very informative, yet didn't speak in a way to make me feel dumb. Offered suggestions for services but never pressured anything. Very good experience.

They are quick. They seem to know what they are doing. If I had a complaint its that their parking lot is too small making it hard to get in on a busy day.
