They are honest with you about what does or doesn’t need to be done. Friendly, efficient, and HONEST above all. Will never go anywhere else in town unless it’s something they just aren’t equipped to do in terms of auto service.

The staff greeted me right away and we're very friendly and attentive! They were very thorough and suggested things I never even thought of but very necessary. Was kind of expensive but if not attended to now, could be a whole lot more expensive in repairs later. Thank you!

I don’t know how Jiffy Lube creates a culture where everyone in the place is so caring and engaged, but—Wow, amazing! I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for decades, and I have confidence in their methods and value proposition, and I always feel like my vehicle is well-cared-for without aggressive sales tactics. But what keeps bringing me back is how nice everybody is. How competent everybody is. Their vibe is a “throwback” in the best possible way. Big thumbs up.

Big fan of jiffy lube! I get my oil changed here regularly and am always pleased with the service at this location. They have great coupons too!

Overall, I was pretty happy with today’s service but it took longer than normal because they ran out of the oil I’ve been using in my vehicle. The wait was around 20 minutes. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry!

The guys were great! They had some trouble with the oil filter so it took a little longer than normal. They kept me updated which was nice!

The technicians were very helpful, explained what they were doing and additional things that could be done. Was in and out quickly with great service.
