Both staff were absolutely amazing and informative . If I didn’t live in Indianapolis , I would only utilize this location to service my vehicle .

Had a reqular oil change. Went well, fast and at reasonable priced.

I have had your folks change oil and filter for years, and will continue. We all have faults, mine is hearing with hearing aids. Just a suggestion to the staff is speak up loud and clear we old folks have a hard time especially when they are low talkers. Just a suggestion!

Service is ALWAYS a 10/10 I used to live in Michigan City, now I reside in Miller. I make the commute to this location because the service is so great. Ashanti is the absolute best and very professional and knowledgeable.

Jiffy Lube on Franklin St in Michigan City is great. The staff is totally professional but relaxed in a ‘no problem” way. I returned today and was so pleased to see Ashante was still employed there.

Professional and courtesy

Honestly when I got the “oil change needed” message on my dash, my first instinct was to go to Jiffy. It was my first time at this location and I have to say they went above and beyond. Scott was the first to greet us and directed us to our Bay, we also had Red and Dre who worked to get us in and out, I knew I had to fill my windshield fluid soon, even had a gallon in my car, but Red went right ahead and filled it for me. If I could I would give 10 stars because customers service was absolutely amazing.!

Other options to choose from, but Ashante makes the difference to choose Jiffy Lube. Also, during a tire rotation a nail was found in a tire. I didn't know it was there, b/c it didn't trigger any of the cars sensors.

First time at the Michigan City location, and I might be going back to this one permanently. Great staff, was in and out within 20 minutes which is super fast compared to the valpo location.

in and out. not long of a wait. I was told that if I get wipers from some where else, they would put them on for me. really appreciate it
