Service was fast with courteous workers

Other options to choose from, but Ashante makes the difference to choose Jiffy Lube. Also, during a tire rotation a nail was found in a tire. I didn't know it was there, b/c it didn't trigger any of the cars sensors.

The service we received was top notch. The technician was attentive and provided the correct information needed to complete the needed repairs. We were also able to take advantage of the top fluid topped off to ensure that the levels were why they are supposed to be.

We went in with a screw in our tire. The manager found that the screw didn't fully penetrate the tread, and didn't charge us for the time/tire dismount + remount. He could have very easily soaked us for a fee of some kind, or even for a patch/plug, but was honest. Kudos!

The team at Jiffy Lube does a great job. We always are in and out quickly and the team is very friendly.

I was at Jiffy Lube this past Saturday and every employee was polite and kind! They kept me updated on what they were doing and explained that a part had to be delivered for my car. I didn’t wait long at all for the part, it was delivered in minutes! Very fast and good service. I’ll be back!
