????? Had a great experience getting my A/C serviced at Jiffy Lube. From the beginning, the staff was professional, helpful, and took the time to actually explain what they were doing instead of just rushing through the service. They properly checked the A/C system, removed and measured the existing refrigerant, ran a vacuum test to make sure everything was holding properly, and recharged the system to the correct level. I really appreciated that they went through the full process instead of simply adding refrigerant and calling it done. The difference afterward was noticeable immediately. The air was blowing much colder, and everything was working the way it should. The entire experience was smooth, straightforward, and I never felt like they were trying to push unnecessary services on me. It’s always a good experience when you can go somewhere, explain the problem, and have people actually listen and take care of it properly. Great customer service, good communication, and quality work. I definitely appreciate the team and would recommend this location to anyone needing A/C service.

The Jiffy Lube Technion's do a good job inspection most components and informing you of the things your car should have done to it by mileage. The price is fare and you won't have a long wait.

I rarely write reviews. But the Jiffy Lube on McKinley in Mishawaka, IN has great customer service and did a great job !

I am on a road trip across the USA and I had concerns about my vehicle’s warning light and brakes. I stopped at Jiffy Lube for an oil change and to ask for advice. They solved EVERYTHING. Warning light was just an error, brakes were inspected and tires checked - everything to make sure I was safe for the next 5,000 miles of the trip. Very kind, caring, fair - did not try to talk me into any unnecessary repairs. Thank you, Jiffy Lube for giving me peace of mind.

Stopped in for an oil change and had a great experience. They got me in pretty quickly, explained everything without trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff, and had me back on the road in no time. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the waiting area was clean. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change

I have always had a good experience at Jiffy Lube and I was driving on I-90 this week and had to run over part of a blown out Tire due to traffic on both lanes at my side. I immediately heard something on the bottom of my car making noise the next morning I had to return to Chicago but I stopped at Jiffy Lube when they opened at 8:00 and Jeff greeted me and was able to look under the car and remove the heat shield and rebolt the plastic to the front bumper. All 3 of the men on duty that day were so kind and helpful and I just can't say enough good about the staff that works at Jiffy Lube on McKinley that is a great team there.

I knew driving in my car issues could have been expensive. The manager Mike was patient professional and informative. He made no promises but he was confident that he and his crew could handle the situation. The mechanic Robby got right on it. Not only did he repair the problem I came in with he also repaired and took the time to clean up another issue caused by a different oil change company. Everything was completed far faster and for much less money than I expected. It's Jiffy Lube from now on for me and my family. THANK YOU!
