bought my first car in January and needed my first oil change. went here and got more then an oil change. full over view of my car! employees here friendly, thoughtful, and very fast! i WILL be coming back!

I am pleased that they tried to be thorough w my oil change as that means everything…no blowing engines up n losing law suits n such when u pay attention

I’m going on a road trip next weekend and knew I needed an oil change, but a worker informed me that my back tires were bad and I had no idea. This potential saved me from a dangerous accident on the interstate and I am so grateful for him. There was also a long line, but I was offered a $20 discount and snacks and water while waiting. An employee thanked me for being patient, but in all actuality I was the one who was thankful for all of the staff today. They worked great as a team under pressure and heat, and did it so gracefully. I wish I had the names of everyone on shift today, but if you’re reading this, you know who you are! ??Thank you for great service!

Got me right in and had changed my oil and wiper blades also filled my fluids and did a thorough check of everything else all while I dealt with 4 hungry kids they brought out snacks for them as well they were super nice and did a great job!!

I was so glad Jiffy Lube was open on a Sunday, very helpful experience.

Great! People helped me with the tire. Blowout gave me a free tire to get me home. Fixed my tire the next day for like 120 bucks 130 after tax. Not only that did my oil change for $20 off and they were all respectful and helpful and gave me the best advice to protect my engine, my car and everything. I appreciate jiffy lube and everything that they are. Great job guys

This was a very nice and respectable store. They give you detailed quotes. Especially the hourly rate to fix anything is a 130. In case anyone is wondering. I have a leak in my transmission.I got a good quote, but it was quite high. I must get a second opinion but so far my car runs great and I choose the top of the line oil change and you should too. taking care of my car that gets me comfortably where I want to go is worth the extra expense also get the air filter replaced. and call ahead and ask for the 25 dollar coupon you're welcome.

Everything went well with my visit for the most part. There was one thing that I wanted done that they were not able to complete, and that was installing a new cabin air filter.

Oil change. GREAT AND FAST SERVICE

Always a positive experience. Had them change my headlight recently. Worked for a couple days, then stopped. Went back in and they replaced it and handled the warranty at no cost to me.

The Muncie location is great. The workers are always friendly and they always ensure thorough, timely work. I went in for an oil change, and got more than an oil change. I got a full service review on my car and even free advice about it. Whenever I need an oil change, this is the first place that crosses my mind.
