Friendly and fast.

I've been to this jiffy lube at least 3 times. I always go in for a full service oil change. Often they don't actually do the extra services that are in the receipt. Not just this place but just about every location I've been to get my oil changed (including Strickland Brothers and Big O). My most recent visit was the first time they've ever changed my cabin air filter because it is hidden behind the glove box. So shout-out to Bryson for do that. He was amazing and sweet and the staff later told me he was a trainee. I don't think they've ever cleaned my windshield and usually they leave my tire pressure a few psi above/below the recommended 32. Also no one ever explained my gasket leak or the lug nuts, it's only on the receipt, so I assumed it was fine lol Overall decent service.

Had a very low battery charge. They tested and replaced with a new one in just a little over 30 minutes. Battery was priced higher than I was expecting, but for a good quality battery it wasn't unreasonable.

I had been told by another mechanic that I needed .ore repairs than the car was worth. The Jiffy Lube mechanics went above and beyond, giving me clear explanations and helping me to make decisions. I had no idea@ i told the manager they're my new best friends!

Such an awesome group of people work here! I will definitely return, they are very knowledgeable and accommodating.

10 out of 10 do recommend! They took great care of me and also kept me well informed the entire time I was there and about what work I will need done in the near future. Also, their personalities were awesome and they kept me laughing!!!

Larry L. At the Grantline Road location in New Albany,IN was super helpful. It was nice to obtain excellent customer service from one of the technicians. Larry did offer new air filter, which I declined. Times are tough now with the hole in gas prices. Larry also aired up my tires which made my sensors go off. I will be back again.

The facility was immaculate. The employees were very friendly and accommodating offering water and coffee. We sat in their lounge and watched them carefully service our vehicle. It was very quickly serviced. The first time I have ever had a very pleasant experience having my vehicle serviced.Highly recommend THIS Jiffy Lube service location.

Dawnie and her team were great. From the time I pulled up to the doors she was very attentive and polite. Throughout the whole service she was letting me know what they were checking, making recommendations that were realistic and not just trying to upsell. Will recommend this location to friends and family.

All over great experience, workers were nice and straight forward about my oil change. Didn’t hurt my wallet. Quickest oil change I’ve ever seen. Would recommend anyone who needs a quick and cheap oil change.

I drove to and from Ft Knox and on the way back the engine started acting funny so I stopped in jiffy lube and they made things better.

I journeyed to Jiffy Lube to have my car battery tested. I was treated so kindly during my visit that I decided to have my oil changed earlier than needed to show my appreciation. The team went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was exceptional, from offering me chilled bottled water while I waited to even entertaining me with light-hearted banter. I would choose this location to service my vehicles again and again simply because of their professionalism and their exemplary and attentive customer service!
