Never have I ever waited too long to get an oil change. Usually 10 ton15 minutes and I'm in and out.

I love being able to pull through Jiffy Lube most any time and not have a long wait. It is a great perk to have them check my fluids and tire pressure free of charge. I had an issue with my car caused by a rookie tech. Without hesitation the leadership took ownership and fixed the issue. Sometimes things happen. It’s how you handle them that matters to me the most.

Nick was amazing! I was heading home from work when my work van's tire blew out. Thankfully I seen this Jiffy Lube and pulled in. When I first walked in I was greeted by someone other than Nick and was told they were too busy and didn't have time for me. I explained that I couldn't move the van just needed help either putting the spare on or airing up the tire so I can make it somewhere else. But that guy walked away. Nick over heard this and told me to bring the van around and that he would make time. Nick went out of his way to help me get the spare down which was harder then either of us expected. I don't know what I would do if Nick wasn't there. I am now a forever customer with my personal vehicles and work vehicles because of Nick.
