Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2390 Conner St, Noblesville, IN, 46060-3135

Great people! Great work!

Great customer service and attention to detail!

Was in and out! Very nice staff and extremely informative.

Staff is always pleasant!

Great experience! Helpful & quick!!

When I needed to get my oil changed, I went to the nearest Jiffy Lube because my car dealership just didn't have the time for me. So I found the nearest Jiffy Lube in Noblesville and pulled in to a long line of cars. I was prepared to wait for a very long time, but I was in and out on less than 39 minutes. The manager took the time to explain what type of oil that was required so my car warranty would not be affected. I will definitely return for all of my future oil changes!

The Team has good customer care , very friendly and welcoming .

Great service, fast and efficient.

Must be a good place I waited for 20 minutes but the service was on point for several touch points with customer and a discount.

The lady with the long black hair. She was kind of younger was so helpful. She knew everything about anything. I asked she gave me so much information on my car That is the best experience i've ever had. One of your jiffy's and I go there a lot, usually under my husband's name gregory Rader thank you all for a great experience.

The service was great and quick! We will definitely go back again!

For oil changes and maintenance, these guys are convenient, quick and reliable. I give my recommendation

They are quick ask questions give future concerns. The group seemed happy to work there.

I love my Jiffy Lube crew!!! Of course I choose Jiffy Lube because of their create prices, however I always choose my local Jiffy Lube (Noblesville IN Conner Street) location because of the crew themselves. They work efficiently, professionally, and always provide the best five star customer service!

Got my oil changed and had a mechanic look at some things that were not "feeling right". I always getvtremendous servicw at the Noblesville location on Conner St..politeness informative anx always friendly!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! This place is INCREDIBLE. When my wheel all but fell off right in front of their shop late in the afternoon, they got me back on the road the following day after needing to order a specific part. I was expecting an outrageously high repair bill ($1,000+), and to my absolute delight, they got me fully taken care of for $430. My car is now safely boppin’ all over town, and I am so grateful! Grace and Mike gave me some of the best customer service I have EVER experienced. Grace was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with (she’s an absolute delight!) Meanwhile, Mike was friendly and very helpful; he explained the parts and procedures in simple terms (most places I’ve been to throw a lot of “jargon” at you that’s hard to fully grasp if you’re not savvy with car repairs.) He walked me through everything and made sure I wasn’t left in the dark at any point. 11/10!!! Thank you guys SO much! :)

The team was kind and we were in and out super quickly! I felt the price was a little high but overall, I was happy with the service and I will be returning!

Service was quick and all employees were very polite. They even accepted a Jiffy Lube coupon that wasn't for their specific store which saved me $26.Thank you Jiffy Lube!

I had my car worked on and they did every thing I asked. They did the job and I was very pleased. I am 79 yrs old and I have my grandson to than for taking me here.

Mike the mechanic at jiffy lube in noblesville fixed my company’s 2023 Nissan titan with ease. Did a torque converter replacement along with flush and oil change and was very professional and down to earth along with all of the other technicians. Matt the store manager was very professional and knowledgeable and very kind. I highly recommend this jiffy lube.

Techs were great, realized had a nest under the hood from a rodent. They cleaned it out and continued with oil change and rotation. Great service!

Professional atmosphere, work quality was goid.

I love going to get my oil changed here. Quick, efficient, professional. As a business owner and mom, time is valuable and I appreciate how quickly they service my vehicle. This is the only place I go when I need an oil change.

I was visiting from Missouri and found this place. Felt respected as an older person and thought they did an excellent job. Keep up the good work guys and keep communicating during the process with your customers = loud and clear for us older people
