Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 7000 S. SR 67, Pendleton, IN, 46064

They did a great job but the person who was leading them and teaching them should get a raise. I’m assuming he was the boss over them that day…tall guy…he was all over it. He was working hard while also teaching and making sure they were doing things correctly while getting people in and out on time…very impressed with him…it was in the morning and he was already soaked in sweat give him a raise

These guys take such good care of everything that I now won't go anywhere else for keep up on my car. Straight forward, quick to get work done, great prices and they never push for anything that isn't needed.

Stopped in to get fluids check and tire pressure. The employees there were outstanding. Smiled on all faces and very polite and helpful.

Quick, professional, and fairly priced !

Extremely thorough and not pushy trying to upsell me on everything. Quick and efficient. I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you!!

My experience was above and beyond all expectations. The service was quick and the techs were kind. I’ll be going here in the future

Jiffy Lube in Pendleton Indiana did a wonderful job, very efficient and in a timely manner. Very customer friendly.

Was Fast!! Everyone was so polite (impressively so). Would definitely go back!

The manager runs this place like a well oiled machine. His employees are top tier. They know what they are doing and do it with compassion.

I have always had my oil changes and services done at the dealerships where I purchased my cars. I was recommended to try this specific Jiffy Lube, and I'm very happy I did. From the initial interaction (with the dark haired female trainee, I forget your name - sorry!) to the last, the visit was professional, fast but not rushed, and overall a great experience. I was not pressured or aggressively upsold on anything, and felt like my car was in great hands. The team there are a well oiled machine (sorry, I had too...) and will now be my go-to spot for all things car maintenance. A++++, couldn't recommend more. Thank you!

Quick, pleasant staff and clean facility. Definitely recommend!

Service and hospitality was great but price was higher than expected and prices not clearly posted

Super helpful, quick, and nice!

Very nice people. Quick and good. They don't try to push you into buying something you don't need yet.

The guys at Jiffy Lube were very helpful! The oil for my VW was pricey and they tried to help me find the best deal. The service was quick and efficient.

In and out quickly for oil change and tire rotation. I was there maybe 25 minutes and was impressed with all the safety checks and SOP Of tire rotation .

4000 miles overdue on wife’s car they went thru it all and prepped it for alabama trip this week. very thorough and quick with nice staff. thank your team

Excellent service. They checked everything and presented options to me so I could make a decision. Very through!

I unfortunately came in close to close due to my work schedule and still were extremely helpful, respectful, and efficient. staff is personable, knowledgeable, and won’t push a sale down your throat but will happily advise you on your options.

Jerrel is the best! He goes the extra mile to ensure my needs are met!

Everyone was super friendly got the job done quickly. When they was done and we walked out to the car they opened the doors for us. Highly recommend!!

The other day, I visited several other places to get my oil change, but they gave up on it due to a mistake made by a previous mechanic they solved the problem and quickly ??

Always great customer service.

Great service, friendly

Good quality service in fast service too

Fast & friendly service

A female MECHANIC!!! I am truly impressed with the decision. She knew her stuff. I was thinking "oh no!", but she proved my way of thinking was wrong. She explained the repairs needed and I understood and welcomed the repair. She is an asset you your company and I hope to see her when I bring my car back for the next set in repair and maintenance. You have a customer for the life of my vehicles. Your female mechanic is a true keeper. Good for you JiffyLube!!!

Replaced the engine manifold and oil change. Phenomenal job well done and no more exhaust fume smell in the vehicle cabin

Awesome staff that was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Great service great price super knowledgeable guys!!!

Stop in to see if they could help me w/some in my tire. When I was pulling in the one guys noticed that I was a little scared he asked if I've ever been to jiffy lube I said no he gave me a card w/a discount on it for an oil change I asked how much and he told me. I said oh let's do that, I forgot I had trouble w/my car starting it was the starter solenoid. he said we can fix that too, I had them give me a price it seemed reasonable so I went ahead and had it done. My experience at jiffy lube in Pendleton In. was amazing. All the guys there was very helpful & amazing. My opinion they all was very knowledgeable of everything too. Thank you Phyllis from Muncie
