The other day, I visited several other places to get my oil change, but they gave up on it due to a mistake made by a previous mechanic they solved the problem and quickly ??

A female MECHANIC!!! I am truly impressed with the decision. She knew her stuff. I was thinking "oh no!", but she proved my way of thinking was wrong. She explained the repairs needed and I understood and welcomed the repair. She is an asset you your company and I hope to see her when I bring my car back for the next set in repair and maintenance. You have a customer for the life of my vehicles. Your female mechanic is a true keeper. Good for you JiffyLube!!!

Stop in to see if they could help me w/some in my tire. When I was pulling in the one guys noticed that I was a little scared he asked if I've ever been to jiffy lube I said no he gave me a card w/a discount on it for an oil change I asked how much and he told me. I said oh let's do that, I forgot I had trouble w/my car starting it was the starter solenoid. he said we can fix that too, I had them give me a price it seemed reasonable so I went ahead and had it done. My experience at jiffy lube in Pendleton In. was amazing. All the guys there was very helpful & amazing. My opinion they all was very knowledgeable of everything too. Thank you Phyllis from Muncie

Been coming here for a few years, never had a problem! The workers are polite, offered drinks/chips to my kids while we had our vehicle worked on. Services are always quick too which is a huge plus!

i'm usually uncomfortable when it comes to these type of places.i'm not "car" savy and it can be intimidating..but these guys were GREAT!!!..welcoming and gentleman!!..as they gave me the run down of my car,he didnt do it in a way that made me feel like he was speaking japanese...he was clear and made sure i knew what was going on and being said

They were awesome! I came for an oil change, the prices were very reasonable, service was friendly, they all together worked very efficiently, and I was pretty much in and out. I didn’t even have to get out of my car, and any questions I had were answered. I would definitely recommend!

Great place at a reasonable price to get repairs done that you dont want to do on your own. Everyone was very friendly and i did not have to wait very long at all. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to this location for some time now. Came back this time for my routine oil change they have gotten all new staff and manager. I give 100 props to Gerald. I came in and everything was smooth my whole experience. I did take note that this crew did there job checked everything. And made my visit very smooth. Great job guys

Everyone was wonderful and kind in Pendleton. Jerrell explained everything to me and showed me what the filters looked like and what they should look like. He was great, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!

The service was done quickly and efficiently. The employees were polite. I was able to use an online coupon which was a great deal. Overall it was a great experience!

I can not say enough good things, I went in last week, way past due for an oil change. The staff answered all my questions recommended products without being at all pushy and made me feel like my vehicle was in the best hands. Thank you!
