My experience at Jiffy was phenomenal, Chum and James really changed my idea on Jiffy Lube. I don’t typically get my oil changed there, but I needed one in a time crunch on my birthday before an roadtrip, and made a quick stop in. They were able to bless me with an oil change, filter change, new windshield wipers, top my air off all while getting me in and out free of charge. The guys at the Richmond location truly listen to you, and they want to find a way to help. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have met them, and I hope that more people consider Jiffy Lube!

Stopped to request quote in the morning and came back in the afternoon to get the work done. Very satisfied

Great service! I believe the young man’s name is Dallas that helped me he was very professional and knew wat he was doing. The young man is running that place very swell. Keep him around jiffy!

Highly recommend. I was immediately helped. The manager made sure to address my needs right away. He kept me up to date while my car was being serviced. He was honest and didn't try to sell me unneeded products like some companies do. My car was finished in a timely manner. The manager was always friendly and professional. Will continue to bring my car there.

They were all extremely professional and nice they did exactly what I asked without trying to upcharge me and they had my oil changed within less than 30 minutes, and told me I can come back any time for a top off so I don't have to check my oil anymore. Best experience I've had, thank you!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I was met at my car and asked what service I needed. I sat in the waiting room and it only took about 20 minutes for the oil change. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I will Jiffy Lube again.

All of the employees were friendly. They communicated well with each other. They seem to enjoy being at work. I didn't hear any grumbling, but did hear a lot of singing along with the radio. I was able to sit in my car while my coolant was flushed and oil was changed. An employee showed me the air filter and stated it was okay. There was no pressure to buy anything extra.
