Came in for an oil change, had great service. Malachi was fantastic and informed me that everything on my vehicle was up to date and didn’t try to upsell me anything unnecessarily.

Eli, Trinity, and Jason were fantastic today. I have been here multiple times before and everyone has always been super friendly and welcoming! They have always taken great care of me and my car!

So I have been to places like Valvoline, and strickland bros, Big O and even a few local places. I must say no one does it quite like Jiffy Lube. David, Dillon, Malakai, Eli, Cole, Troy and Nick were all amazing. They made sure to give me moneys worth and I would recommend anyone to come here and give them a chance to earn your trust and business.

To be honest, this is more for my father. He does not drive anymore and I decided to take the vehicle in for an oil change. What I got was much more! The staff were all friendly and polite with a thorough knowledge of my vehicle and what it needed. I was checked on repeatedly for water or coffee and the manager Scott introduced himself. I have to say I was impressed and never once felt upsold or uncomfortable. For a single woman coming here that is certainly something. I will be coming in with my own vehicle in the future.

Quick service! Helped with an enterprise rental. Tire has a small screw in it and they patched it up quickly and I was on my way.
