I stopped by Jiffy Lube today with our new-to-us car that was showing voltage issues. Since our VW has a turbo, there's a chance that it needs a computer reset once the battery has been replaced. I came to this JL, first spoke with Malachi and then got to meet Scott or "Cap" as he's lovingly called. Cap took great care and interest in helping me solve some of the issues with the car. He informed me that the battery was new and located a very hot relay that could be an issue. After I did some research, I found out that the relay was an incorrect relay & it is not an interchangeable relay for our year of car. This may be the source of the issues and I'm so thankful that not only was I not charged for any of my questions, they did not take advantage of me by replacing an already new battery. I will 100% recommend anyone come to this Jiffy Lube, as the employees are very honorable and knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciated all of their time spent with me, answering my questions, especially as I am a car-knowledgeable female. I would trust them to help someone with a lot less knowledge about cars, as they are not about taking advantage of anyone & teaching focused.

Sellesburg location. I didn't come for an oil change. I hit something big while driving and that broke the plastic protective layer under the car, which was dragged and scraped while driving. I drove to the nearest oil change location and was met by Melachy, who was AMAZING! He led me to one of the aisles so his team could check the issue, and while they could not drill the plastic back into place, they were able to remove it. Melachy kept updating me with the progress, offering me a cup of cold water and plainly was the sweetest, most helpful and pleasant young man I had the pleasure to come across. Please visit their location, they deserve your all trust and business!

Malachi was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and polite. Service was quick and efficient.

They are very helpful checking brakes and suspension! They are very nice and come out to your car when you pull up to see what ot is your are needing help with. I have never had to wait when pulling up before and will continue coming back. Great with prices over all also. Thank you for always helping me, even when I just had questions.
