Several cover plate bolts were rounded off and one was even cross threaded on my vehicle. The team took the time to replace the defective bolts and even re-tapped the cross threaded bolt so the cover plate could be securely remounted. All this at no extra cost to me. Well done!

With coupons visit was affordable.. Glad to see Nola was still there. Thomas moved up but left a good team in place, Glad I went to this location.

Nola was excellent in service and oversight

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube getting my car battery replaced. The team was incredibly professional, fast, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They diagnosed the issue right away and had my new battery installed quicker than I expected, all while explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with the process. What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right. It’s not often you find a place that combines efficiency with such a positive attitude, but this location definitely does. If you need any quick maintenance done, especially a battery replacement, I highly recommend. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

Amazing staff and quick service

I was originally quoted $1,100 for a pretty big power steering repair. Not only did they finish the job in about half the estimated time, but they also only charged me about half the original quote after finding a more affordable part. They’re always friendly, considerate, and honest in explaining what’s going on with my car. After going to a dozen different mechanics over the years, I can confidently say I’ve finally found my first choice.
