Fast and friendly service to the MAX!

The guys did a great job getting me back on the roud.

I want to thank the manager at Jiffy Lube, who I believe was named CW, for his kindness and help during a stressful morning! I had recently gotten an oil change at a dealership in Wisconsin, and while driving down to Kentucky, my low engine oil light came on and my car stalled on the highway, nearly causing a really bad accident. I made it to Jiffy Lube, where he discovered my car had 2.5 quarts too much oil. He quickly siphoned out the excess and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes! I’m so grateful for his help to get me back on the road so quickly. I especially appreciated him taking the time to explain what the warning light actually means and that, even though it says “low engine oil,” it can indicate an oil pressure issue rather than simply being low on oil.

I was basically in and out there. I barely had any time to do anything because they were that quick (yes, that is an unquestionable positive). They were nice, fast, and highly professional. I couldn’t recommend getting an oil change with Jiffy Lube more. Excellent, fast service

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube, and I especially want to recognize Branden for his excellent customer service. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire experience a positive one. It’s refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers so well. Employees like Branden are a real asset to the company. I would definitely recommend this location and appreciate the great service!

The whiteland location is amazing they got me back on the road within minutes and back to work with my job so thankful, the assistant manager branden and the other employees at the location are great
