The previous Jiffy Lube in Virginia cut corners. Put in the wrong oil and left a leaf in the cabin filter. Although, short staffed, they went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was running properly and safely.

This visit was fast, even though it included tire rotation. They did not try to sell me on extra air filters etc the way some Jiffy Lubes do. They even applied a coupon I didn't know about and pointed out the free oil topoff service described at the bottom of the receipt. All this, despite the fact that I was driving an old, leaky, ugly car. Their kindness and respect made my day!
