Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 13520 W 87TH STREET PKWY, LENEXA, KS, 66215-2409

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube for quite a while now, and I just want to take a moment to recognize Joseph for the outstanding job he does! He is always helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly knows how to run a business and, more importantly, how to treat customers. It’s reassuring to know that someone so conscientious and dedicated is taking care of things. Excellent customer service like his makes a real difference and is why I continue to bring my vehicles here. Thank you, Joseph, for your wonderful service, professionalism, and all your help! You are truly appreciated! Mike Backman - Better Concrete

Exceptional service from the boys here at Jiffy Lube. Super helpful and informed. Calvin, Jemari, Roxas, and the boy below deck on 10/3/26 were all extremely quick and very pleasant with their customer service. Definitely recommend. Good price too!

FIRST; NOTE, THIS FACILITY HAS A WHOLE NEW CREW.. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR CALEB. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL DRIVE AWAY WITH A SMILE AND TOTAL CONFIDENCE THIS MAN TREATED YOU RIGHT! I've used Jiffy for yrs. Actually at different locations as some are ?? absolutely rediculous, but reached out to this particular one because it offers So Many More options than the standard Jiffy Lube. Actually a main hub that has all the equipment and when you talk to Caleb you'll know you're speaking to a REAL SERVER TECHNICIAN, ACTUL MECHANIC. I CAN'T PRAISE CALEB enough. I can no longer turn wrenches & such but in just a couple minutes of talking to this man, you will feel relieved by his expert knowledge.. He's an old soul & knows exactly what he is doing. He doesn't push customers into jobs that aren't actually needed. Instead, he will point out or educate you on things you might need to be aware of. He's extremely fast AND THOROUGH. DON'T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED CORRECTLY BEFORE WINTER HITS. DON'T FORGET TO ASK FOR CALEB! HE TOOK EXTREMELY GREAT CARE OF ME,,, DON'T MISS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO FEEL COMPLETELY SAFE THIS WINTER. GOD BLESS THE WHOLE CREW... (don't fret waiting for parts as they get delivered usually within 20min or less) ??????????????????
