Even though there were a few people ahead of me when I arrived, the technicians kept me informed of what was happening and kept checking in on me. The crew was great and the technician who actually ended up doing the work on my car did a quick job and was very courteous. He answered all my questions. I will definitely come back the next time I need service done on my car.

Philip was amazing. I’m glad I went to Jiffy Lube Great customer service, very professional I went to get my left light bulb switched he even offered To change my other light bulb and didn’t even charge me he made my day. Thank you so much, Philip

You never know when you're going to get a great experience especially if you're getting an oil change. But I have to commend the team at this jiffy lube for once again giving me unbelievably good service. Nicholas, Shannon and Jamie treated me like I was the only customer all day. They spent more time resolving an issue with an interior air filter, they worked diligently and were persistent and ultimately resolved the problem. Thank you all so much for the great job.

I had an oil change at Jiffy Lube in June 2025, but I don't drive much at all. It's 7 months later & my car started acting up. My husband figured out that they had overfilled the oil, it should take 5 qts but they put in 6. We took it back & they fixed it, no hassle, no charge. Sadly, most businesses would've blown it off or charged to fix it, but Jiffy Lube's manager took care of it when he saw that they had indeed put in a quart more as per the receipt. I greatly appreciate their integrity & response. Car's running fine now. I will definitely go back to JL. Mistakes happen & they owned up to it.

The Olathe Jiffy Lube always does an amazing job! They explain everything so well, and everyone was very helpful. I have always had the best experience going to this Jiffy Lube, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Got oil changed. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable and cheery. $8 for shop supplies is silly. Also $100 for oil change is far too high. But staff was awesome!
