Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 15305 W 135TH ST, OLATHE, KS, 66062-1532

The guys at Jiffy Lube were very efficient and did a good job of asking things they needed checking but did not pressure me on anything. They got me in, the work done and on my way.

They were all very nice and efficient.

Excellent service

Great customer service from Gary

Dwayne seems like he runs a tight ship. He and Phillip made thorough explanations of what was going on with my brakes (older car had some rust and erosion issues). Great customer service from all the employees.

?The service at the Olathe, KS location is outstanding. The staff is welcoming, professional, and treats customers with genuine respect rather than just another transaction. ?By contrast, my experience at the Overland Park, KS facility was disappointing. I was informed that a standard oil change could only be purchased as part of a larger bundled package, and I was given an excessively long wait time. ?Because of this experience, I returned to the Olathe location, where I was accommodated promptly and given excellent service. While I strongly commend the Olathe team for their customer care, management at the Overland Park store should address these sales tactics and wait times to ensure consistent quality across all locations.

Always incredibly friendly and competent staff. They went the extra mile to help with my challenging vehicle.

Excellent job and fast.

Quick, great communication

We usually go to a different place but we went here today and they checked our oil and said we could probably go 1000 more miles to save money. But they replaced some lights I had out (I have already purchased the lights) for free. Gary was really awesome. We will be back.

Great Service. They got my oil changed really fast and everyone was super friendly.

This place is great. It’s clean, quick to get through, and they’re very thorough. Great staff to work with and I’d recommend it anytime.

Great service and friendly staff. They took care of all my needs, and answered all questions. Very pleased with the service provided.

These guys are ALWAYS so good to me..They truly treat me like a Queen. Always so knowledgable and friendly. 100 degrees and one of the young men said "Shirley I'm going to go out and start your car and crank the air so it will be cool for your drive home." I need to make these guys some treats!!!

Friendly, fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

The guys were so courteous and quick! They went above and beyond assisting with an unrelated but bothersome piece of loose trim too. I didn’t even ask about it!

Great services and professional workmanship today.

Jaime was friendly, upbeat, and had my car's oil changed and all the fluids and tire pressure done in about 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing, great experience and all good vibes in there - drove off feeling cheerful and happy with my choice to go there.

Professional, friendly service from beginning to end. I will continue to bring my vehicles to this location

Some of the nicest no bs auto care workers I’ve ever met. Phillip topped my oil off and informed of how to check it myself. 10/10 outstanding guy, couldn’t recommend them more!

Ben was working hard in the late afternoon heat, helping to fix up my truck. He was friendly and even took time to explain everything he was doing to my truck to my sons, who were very interested in what he was doing under the hood! Great guy and a job well done!

Fantastic, great service, awesome ?? performance in a lot of ways.

Jamie and Nicholas are amazing!

Jaime and Nicholas took an unfortunate experience from another store and did everything to make it right. From Jaime’s respect and knowledge to Nicholas’ leadership, the experience was one of the best customer service reflections I’ve witnessed.

Super friendly, fast, good prices, Jaime and Phillip helped me, they were awesome. Will definitely be coming back here for any future needs.

Thank you for offering great service. I'm a regular customer and will always use Jiffy Lube in Olathe!

Even though there were a few people ahead of me when I arrived, the technicians kept me informed of what was happening and kept checking in on me. The crew was great and the technician who actually ended up doing the work on my car did a quick job and was very courteous. He answered all my questions. I will definitely come back the next time I need service done on my car.
