My car started acting up during my lunch break at work and Shaun cleaned my entire engine, did the oil change, and even showed me why my car was having by the problems it had. They spent extra time on my car and didn’t charge anything for it. Deshaun was super kind and helpful while I was waiting in the lobby. The whole crew was respectful, patient, and diligent of my time. I will drive out of the way just to get service here in the future. They are amazing!!

We went to get an oil change and tire rotation. They were the most polite and respectful crew we have ever worked with. They explained everything thoroughly and were overall some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Amazing customer service!

I just appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Had me in and out, and i love that!!

I typically stay away from these places, but I had a surprisingly good experience. The dudes were personable, patient, and kept me updated on their progress while I waited in the lobby. When the brake fluid flush was completed, they asked me to check the brake pedal pressure. When I told them the brakes felt "mushy," they simply put my truck back on the lift and bled the brakes again. Overall, the wait time and final fee were very reasonable. I'll be back when the time comes.

I had to stop in on Christmas Eve morning because I had a throttle sensor issue with my car. The guys there were so kind, helpful and explained everything to me about the work they were doing. I was so impressed by the service and kindness. Thank you JL!

This is by far the best Jiffy Lube location in the area! Dashaun was super kind and efficient despite the busyness of the day. I watched him interact with several customers and he always did so with kindness and respect. He was literally running from vehicle to vehicle to make sure everyone was attended to. I HIGHLY recommend this location and this team!

The gentleman in your shop are friendly and professional. I normally take my car to the dealership for service; however, I’ll be bringing it in to Jiffy Lube more often at the location in south Overland Park.

Keenan and Shawn are top notch. Stand up employees. And gentlemen at that. These guys treated us like family. And made a permanent return customer of my mother and I because of that. You can make a buck off of any one! But if you make us feel like family I can guarantee I’m gunna be loyal for life. And that’s what Shawn and Keenan did for us. Quality work, and extremely pleasant and patient service for us.

My tire sensors kept going out and they were so persistent in helping me figure out the issue! They even gave me a huge discount! Super friendly and attentive! Couldn’t ask for a better experience ??
